Dear guest,
The security gate officers are under no obligation to speak English, as Mexico’s official language is Spanish. Your deposit refund has been processed as per the terms, 48 hours after check-out, and includes a full refund for the first night of your stay due to the malfunctioning of one of the five air conditioning units. Despite this refund, you were provided with an upgraded villa at no additional cost. Additionally, please remember that your reservation for 12 guests was accepted with an extra unregistered guest and without any additional charges.
