About this property

Surf Pines gated community, Oceanfront with Gym!

Set up like a 2500 sq ft hotel. Giant 2 story house with walls and locks that completely separate the upstairs from the downstairs. Like a townhouse duplex. The owner (me) lives upstairs and the bottom is for others to enjoy! There is a full kitchen set up, see pics and is on a different HVAC system. I am very respectful w taking my puppy outside to do his business. I do not allow him to bark and disrupt, he sleeps through the night, and I am often out of town when lower unit rented.

4 acres of oceanfront property. 3 bedrooms, 1 large with queen bunk beds and two twin trundle beds, another large bedroom with a Queen size bed and a small bedroom with a double futon bed. Commercial sized and fully stocked gym. Everything a large group and their furry family could need. Private gated community in between Seaside and Astoria. Clam dig in the ocean in your backyard, listen to the sounds of the waves crashing while you sleep.


I have the highest speed wifi, remote work no problem. Due to ocean proximity calls drop anywhere on the property.

Funky layout
All in all the place was perfect for what we needed. The gym equipment and the layout of the house is funky. Doesn’t take away from being able to escape and have a place to lay your head. The host is very nice and accommodating! I would stay again.

Good getaway spot!
The downstairs portion of the house was for guests. I was unaware the owner lived upstairs when I booked but she was accommodating and let us have our privacy! A great home base as our family was out doing things every day and really only used the home for sleeping and breakfast.

Great location great host
The host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is incredible, you're just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach itself is endless in both directions, quite the sight.
