Location, Location, Location! Bellerive is one of the most coveted and desirable streets in the area with luxury homes and boardwalk access to the river and the Centennial Trail out the backdoor. You can ride your bike or walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene or stroll up to the shops and restaurants of Riverstone. The home is great for entertaining with the main floor being all open with a large island and nano doors opening up the whole house to the patio. Gorgeous master suite plush 3 other bedrooms upstairs!

About the host

I custom built my home a few years ago and have so loved living here! It's convenient to everything. I have spent many weekends walking my dogs downtown Coeur d'Alene for coffee. I am up early most mornings and out my garage and onto the Centennial Trail for a long run or bike ride. I love sunset strolls on the boardwalk across the street. I walk up the street to Vine and Olive or Cork and Tap for happy hour/dinners and love picking up gifts or an outfit up at Velvet Hammer, Escape Outdoors, and Tiffany Blue as well checking in at the Well Read Moose for a new read. I love that this location has truly been a live, work, play environment for me. I hope you and your family/friends get as much enjoyment and relaxation out of your stay here as possible!
