The house was large and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, we were there during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and old houses like that are difficult to keep cool. But the owners provided lots of fans to keep the air moving which helped a lot.

We had a great stay at this home for our trip to KC. The house is gorgeous and the neighborhood had a safe/welcoming feel. The house is super close to a great park we walked to. The host reached out several times, but everything was great and we didn't need to reply.

Life long friends reunited from all over the country and stayed in this beautiful old home in August 2026. While the front door front door screen and railing need some work the inside of the house was absolutely beautiful - all three floors. It was unfortunate that we were there during a weekend where temps exceeded 90 degrees. The hostProvided fans and a portable ac unit upstairs. This beautiful home reminded me of my grandparents home in St. Louis. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was really nice. The large dining room table and long couch accommodated us nicely!! Jason, the host, was wonderfully responsive!

Great place

Hugs house! There were ten of us and it wasn’t cramped at all. Property manager responds quickly and is easy to get ahold of. The place was clean. We really enjoyed it!

Such a fun house. Very spacious. Not much seating in the livingroom for a large group but plenty of space to spread out. Worked great for our company trip.

AFC Championship Weekend

We had a group of 8 in for the Bengals-Chiefs game and the accommodations were fabulous. Great location to the Plaza and to the stadium. Beds we’re comfortable, appliances were like new, just really comfortable for our group. I would recommend a stay here anytime you find a need to stay in Kansas City.

Beautiful home in great location!

This home was perfect for my family of 6. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. Great location to Plaza, Power and Light district, The Zoo, and Arrowhead Stadium (all places we visited). Jason was VERY responsive and great to work with. We will be back to stay in his home again!

Love!

This home felt like a home away from home! It had plenty of room for 2 families with kids! There were games and the pre teens loved that they had their own space! It’s updated but they perfectly left the incredible charm! We never felt squished! It’s so conveniently located! 10 mins from most things! We loved our stay!!

The house layout could not have been more perfect for our group! My parents, ages 86 and 82, slept in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom in the main floor, which was perfect so they did not have to walk up stairs (except for 4 stair steps to get into the house). My sister and her husband had a room, my husband and I had a room, my two adult nieces shared a room with 2 twin beds and an alcove area with a couch (so fun!!) my adult daughter had a bedroom and bathroom and a gathering area in the attic/top floor. My daughter’s area was warm and the AC unit could not keep it cool however, she was very comfortable with a fan! (Outdoor temperature was humid and 87-89 degrees). We adored the feel of a historic/old home with creaky stairs and floors, beautiful large windows and a cozy porch. It reminded us all of spending time at my mother’s parents house. Dining area was spacious and plenty of extra chairs to accommodate a large family. The living area with large TV was comfortable and spacious for our group. We are so grateful for our time together in this home!
