Overlooks an incredibly well maintained and prestigious private golf course so the views are amazing! Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We cooked dinner 3 times and found all the tools/pots/plans/appliances we needed.

Picture perfect holiday stay!

This was an absolute perfect property for a holiday stay with our family. The process of booking, checking in, arriving and departing could not have been easier and the house was exactly as pictured and described. Particularly for a large group, I couldn’t recommend this property more! We will definitely come back and can’t wait to do so!

Weekend getaway in the mountains

The house had a great layout for our stay with multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the views while sitting by the fireplace. The owners were communicative, responsive, and organized.

2024 AppState Graduation

The property was great and the check-in process with the guards at the Hounds Ear gate was super easy. The house is well suited for a family gathering and it was in a perfect location for our weekend.

Beautiful Cozy house

The house is exactly like shown in the pictures if not better. Kim is very friendly and easy to reach. The place is very thoughtfully decorated, and clean with upgraded appliances. Close to Boone downtown, and lots of hiking trails. We loved the mountain view from both levels of the house.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was a great neighborhood, paved roads and driveway, we didn't need a 4WD to access the property which was a big deal for our group of women. The house was clean and well kept, the beds and furniture were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals with ease. The fireplaces create such a cozy atmosphere and the views from the upstairs rooms were beautiful. Also great communication from the owners throughout our stay making sure we didn't need anything or have any questions. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas week. The rooms and size of everything was perfect for our group of 11 family members. It was sweet that a Pottery Barn Christmas garland was delivered when we arrived and we hung it on the stair rail above our stockings. :) The kitchen was perfectly stocked. And the 12-person table worked great for us too!
