Loved the home and had room for everyone… located close to where we wanted to visit. Only has one bathroom so we took turns using the shower… the rain on the roof was so soothing… very comfortable stay.
Everyone enjoyed their stay. So glad we were able to stay so close to June and Ken and not overcrowd them. We will definitely check if we need more space next time. Thank you
Property was clean and well stocked with all you would need. It was definitely secluded and quiet. Close to the park and all local activities and attractions. About 25 minutes away from Morrilton where there are several restaurants and grocery stores. Beds were cozy. Owner was very responsive. Perhaps I missed it but the only thing I would suggest is placing an info binder or paper in the cabin with check out instructions, WiFi info, emergency contact info, etc. You get several emails before the trip from VRBO so finding the right one with the info needed was difficult at times. It was a wonderful trip and we would definitely come back.
This cabin is just like the pictures show. It is in a private, peaceful woods just minutes from the state park. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely go back. Best thing: the proximity to park and privacy/peacefulness of home. The only reason I gave four stars on accuracy of listing is that the listing still says the shop is available for a ping-pong table, and the shop is no longer able to be used. The owner did state they would fix this, so it may already be fixed :) Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, which are important to us!
We enjoyed the house, the deck was awesome, the main drawback was having only 1 bathroom, for a place that big you would expect 2 bathrooms. It was just myself & my husband who stayed if the other family had come, 1 bathroom would have been a big problem.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moosehead Lodge. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed the outside area especially. We were able to cook inside with accomodating kitchen and outside using the grill and fire pit. Our two young boys had plenty of room to run and romp around outside. There were plenty of beds/sleeping areas: 2 nice sized rooms downstairs and and a spacious loft area having 2 full size beds, a roll away twin, and a small pull out sofa bed. There was only my husband and I along with our two young boys so they enjoyed having the whole loft space to themselves. The ONLY complaint I would have is that there is only 1 bathroom. This really wasn't an issue for us because as a family of four we could manage. However if more than that were to stay it might be a problem. We hope to return here in the future!

Weekend trip
Cabin had everything you need, nicely furnished. Outdoor space was added bonus. They have a mice problem that needs taken care off and we had to reach out to host at checkin time to get our check in information. She did reply in a timely fashion. This is a nice property in the woods. We really enjoyed our stay!
We met for a belated family Christmas and was very pleased. The cabin was comfortable, provided enough space for everyone to sleep, and sufficiently stocked kitchen. They even had a shop with a ping pong table. I would definitely recommend and would return
My husband & I took our 4 grandchildren (ages 7-12) and spent a wonderful time here. We came to visit Petit Jean State Park and walk some trails. Also enjoyed taking them to Barnyard Friends & Stable. They LOVED the cabin with the hidden kids playroom and really enjoyed the loft bedroom area. The pictures do not show an extra bed in the loft area, so we were very surprised with that addition. Also there was an extra bedroom we were not aware of which worked perfect for the 4 kids to have their own space. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful quiet area to enjoy surrounding nature. The cabin had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Our only problem was we were there only a few days. Our grands are ready to go back!
This location was awesome. Very clean and comfortable, easy too find, had everything we needed and more. We will come back for sure!

Wonderful property
Nice and immaculate home with everything for a comfortable stay. Very close to Petit Jean State Park, which was the focus of our visit. Only complaints were getting the information we needed to get in and incomplete/missing instructions for our stay. We eventually got this, but had to contact the owner more than once. A couple of other minor inconveniences- water pressure was extremely low and we were never able to get the TV to work.
This cabin had all the amenities of home and the coziness of a cabin in the woods. Everything was super clean and fresh. We were secluded and yet close to all the mountain had to offer. It is definitely the best of both worlds. We saw deer just outside the cabin on 2 separate occasions. A sweet little armadillo one day. We will definitely stay here again . Our 11 and 13 year old grandsons have requested we come back yearly. Those are some high marks!!! Thank you for everything ♥️
Beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend staying in this location. We would definitely come back if ever in the area again.
