The perfect Hamptons cottage awaits.... This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located within walking distance to renowned restaurants and shops. A quick bike ride to the best beaches in the world. It’s a 5 minute drive to Main Beach, Georgica or Wiborg beach. Walk to Jitney and train. Located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood, this home affords numerous amenities and is perfect for families. Open living room, kitchen and dining room area with TV, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. Dining table with seating for 8. Master bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs, you will find a large finished entertainment room with TV, darts, pool table, pool table, Peloton, and plenty of room to play, as well as a washer/dryer. Garbage pickup available 1x/week. The entire yard is fenced in and landscaped for privacy. Backyard features a brick patio with outdoor furniture for dining and lounging, gas grill and outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Bike available for use as well. One good dog welcome with permission. Current availability through Labor Day 2026. Don’t miss out on this centrally located beach getaway!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to give future guests accurate context: this reservation was booked for 3 guests, but 6 people arrived (including two sets of twins) along with two large dogs, none of which were disclosed or approved in advance. Our "frequent communication" was in response to the property's rules not being followed and additional guests/pets on-site. Upon checkout, we found a broken cabinet door pull, a ripped towel, food left on the floor, and trash not disposed of properly. We take pride in maintaining our home and communicating clearly with guests, and we always aim to be responsive and fair. We're sorry this stay didn't meet expectations, but we do want future guests to have the full picture.

This East Hampton house was even better than the description. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed in a perfect vacation home. The game room basement was an added bonus. The yard was very nice, with well kept landscaping. Toby was a terrific host and was so easy and nice to work with. Responded quickly to the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property.
