An assortment of animals and many bird species can be viewed regularly from the back deck including hawks, deer and rabbits. The neighborhood is sparsely populated which means there is not a lot of traffic. The roads in the neighborhood are great places to walk or bike. Mountain biking both on road and off road are right out the front door. The Arnold Rim Trail has access points located nearby.
