Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. The outdoor pool will be closed from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter. The indoor pool will remain open.

This condo was recently purchased by amazing new owners who have updated the condo with new floorings, new paint, new trim, new shiplap accents, new light fixture, updated baths, new furniture, bedding, mattresses, and more! One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! It is set up like an outdoor living area!! Relax on the sofa with your coffee in the morning or have a snack at the 4 top table. The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. A new, large 65" SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. New pots, pans, dishes, utensils! The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Smart TV's are also found in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms.

Our family had the best vacation at summer house! The condo was exactly as advertised online then some! Beautiful decor and the patio was the perfect spot to watch the dolphins which visited nearly every morning.

We had 6 adults and 3 kids for a week in the condo. The large balcony was my favorite part. It was a bit tight with a group our size, but overall we were very happy with the condo, the pool and the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was the elevators kind of scared me by making loud noises and not acting right. Construction was going on outside the building but our condo was nice and very relaxing.

I had my 21 and 18 year olds with me, and their friends. Location was great, right on the beach. The building was old, but the condo itself was clean and very nice. The check in process was great and management was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Condo was just the right size very close to beach..walking steps..the only drawback was that one of two elevators was out of use for a few days; also the pool could have used a thorough cleaning.

Awesome condo

We had a blast at Summer House condo 1003B it was the perfect size for our family vacation and was so clean !! The balcony was spacious which was awesome because I love drinking my morning coffee looking at the beach! The rest of the condo complex was nice and the pool was great. While the indoor pool is across the parking lot it wasn’t nearly as inconvenient as k thought it would be and the pool was pretty nice! We will definitely be booking this unit again !!

Clean, updated, and comfortable

Furniture and beds were very comfortable, with very nice outdoor furniture as well. Nicely decorated and an excellent view from the balcony. Indoor pool and spa we're across the parking lot, but nothing can be done about that! We had to stay inside a lot due to weather, and were very comfortable. Management was extremely responsive and kind. Refrigerator was replaced while we were there, which was inconvenient, but management made it as good as possible.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Honestly, I was surprised to find that the property was even better than the pictures. Location was convenient to everything we needed. My husband brought his road bike and I run, so being on the main road with bike lanes in both directions as far as we could go was awesome. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials, as well as a what I would consider extras after some other rentals I have been at. The balcony is like its own amazing getaway to sit and relax. The ice maker in the kitchen is the appliance I never knew I needed, but how excellent, especially for filling the cooler to take to the beach. The only slight I have for the property is the amenities of the hot tub & workout space. They were dated and not in very good working order. The positive is, everything else was great and we didn't even need them. 10/10 - We would definitely stay at this property again.

Oceanfront condo review

Condo was very cutely decorated and awesome location and balcony was very spacious with lots of seating. Everything was in order and would recommend staying here. The only thing I couldn't give 4 or 5 stars to was the cleanliness of the floors. They appeared clean, however, after walking barefoot for short time, our feet were black. I feel the cleaning people probably only vacuum and didn't actually mop the floors because they we felt like we had to always have flipflops on otherwise our feet would be very dirty. As a condo owner, I would recommend getting better cleaning service or notifying them that the floors must be mopped after each stay Other than that, the condo was great!
