The beach view was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching listening to the waves. It was so nice being right on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Alabama beach getaway was so great about communicating with us before and throughout the stay. We will definitely use this company again!

Our family had the best vacation at summer house! The condo was exactly as advertised online then some! Beautiful decor and the patio was the perfect spot to watch the dolphins which visited nearly every morning.

Family Vacation

We had 6 adults and 3 kids for a week in the condo. The large balcony was my favorite part. It was a bit tight with a group our size, but overall we were very happy with the condo, the pool and the beach!

Great beach view!

I had my 21 and 18 year olds with me, and their friends. Location was great, right on the beach. The building was old, but the condo itself was clean and very nice. The check in process was great and management was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Condo was just the right size very close to beach..walking steps..the only drawback was that one of two elevators was out of use for a few days; also the pool could have used a thorough cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was the elevators kind of scared me by making loud noises and not acting right. Construction was going on outside the building but our condo was nice and very relaxing.

Awesome condo

We had a blast at Summer House condo 1003B it was the perfect size for our family vacation and was so clean !! The balcony was spacious which was awesome because I love drinking my morning coffee looking at the beach! The rest of the condo complex was nice and the pool was great. While the indoor pool is across the parking lot it wasn’t nearly as inconvenient as k thought it would be and the pool was pretty nice! We will definitely be booking this unit again !!

Clean, updated, and comfortable

Furniture and beds were very comfortable, with very nice outdoor furniture as well. Nicely decorated and an excellent view from the balcony. Indoor pool and spa we're across the parking lot, but nothing can be done about that! We had to stay inside a lot due to weather, and were very comfortable. Management was extremely responsive and kind. Refrigerator was replaced while we were there, which was inconvenient, but management made it as good as possible.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Honestly, I was surprised to find that the property was even better than the pictures. Location was convenient to everything we needed. My husband brought his road bike and I run, so being on the main road with bike lanes in both directions as far as we could go was awesome. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials, as well as a what I would consider extras after some other rentals I have been at. The balcony is like its own amazing getaway to sit and relax. The ice maker in the kitchen is the appliance I never knew I needed, but how excellent, especially for filling the cooler to take to the beach. The only slight I have for the property is the amenities of the hot tub & workout space. They were dated and not in very good working order. The positive is, everything else was great and we didn't even need them. 10/10 - We would definitely stay at this property again.

It was a place to stay. I would not book this property again though. Was it terrible? No. But there’s better. When we arrived we had to wait outside because it was still being cleaned even though we got a ready to check in email a few hours prior. There were a lot of cosmetic issues. There was painters tape on the floor holding doorway transitions down, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the master bedroom. Cracked tiles in the dining area. Pool was too small to accommodate two buildings. It was often to crowded for comfort. Elevators smelled awful and we super hot.
