About this space
Cozy little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, popular restaurants, and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property next to the house. Se Habla ESPANOL
The space
La Casita is very cozy and is located in a peaceful place. It features everything new, form ceiling fans, to kitchen appliances, to A/C with heat to washer and dryer as well as furniture.

The patio / backyard has everything you need to spend quiet time while cooking on the BBQ grill. The outdoor ambient lights will make a perfect scenario to enjoy the evening.

Access to shared swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.
Other things to note
There are USB ports in the kitchen by the stove and also on the back of the end table in the living room.

Moreover, there is a body of water near by. Please have an adult to be supervising the children at all the time while playing in the backyard.

Gorge and the casa were wonderful

Gorge and I chatted a minimum of a month a head of time, his recommendation of places to shop and eat were much appreciated. When i realized I made a mistake under booking our stay Gorge was so responsive and helped set up an extra day for us. It was a wonderful stay.

A quick getaway

House was amazing! Clean, beautiful, comfortable and had every amenity you could possibly desire. The shared pool was perfect! Property manager was attentive and very helpful. I will definitely stay at La Casita again. You will not be disappointed.
