Nestled under majestic centuries old Live Oak trees, this newly constructed 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home sits on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space while only 500 feet from a beach access. New for 2022, in-ground fiberglass private pool with plenty of deck area to sunbathe. Just large enough for a couple or small family, The Beach Barn has a full kitchen, eat-in bar seating, stacking washer dryer, and was designed with inspirations from trendy "Barndominiums" and historic Carriage Houses of the South. Located just off Fort Fisher Blvd, you can be close to the beach, Fort Fisher recreation area, Kure Beach Pier, and all that Pleasure Island offers, while enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

We loved staying at the Beach Barn! The house had everything we needed and the owners were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The pool was a game changer, so nice to cool off there after the beach. We also loved the quieter neighborhood and 2 minute walk to the ocean.

The Beach Barn is wonderful! We were there for a week and had a great time. The property is amazing, it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the backyard and pool. Communication from Brock, the owner, was excellent. The location is very good. It’s a short walk to the beach and only a couple of miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk and Fort Fisher ferry. Kure fishing pier is close, we actually walked down to it one morning. Keeping this one as a favorite for future trips.

This place was great for myself, my husband, and our 23 month old! Safe, quiet neighborhood with a quick and easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, the backyard was SO relaxing, and having a private pool was the cherry on top. We'll definitely stay here again. The hosts were also very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

The "Beach Barn" is just as it's described. It's a clean, modern, comfortable space for a beach vacation. And, the beach is very close, closer than I expected. I can't think of a better place to stay, and I hope to come back soon.
