The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in, with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together.
When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge in the private pool or watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day in the family room. The benefits of having your own private bedroom are sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. Loved the fact we could use the pool at the community area and the arcade etc this really made the holiday great. When we had an issue they fixed it within the hour. House location is close to Disney parks about 20 mins away and about 40 minutes to universal parks. Close to lots of places to eat etc. would recommend

The house was great! The host communicated amazingly well. The only downside was the TVs in most areas of the house did not have connection capabilities, and no iron available to use. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice! I would consider for future use of the home. It offered not only a private house pool, but the community center had a great pool with water activities l. There was a game room that offered options for various ages. Great location, as well.

The place would not get cool! It was consistently at or above 76 degrees (usually above 80). We messaged the host and informed him, the air filter was dirty- it was easy to tell. Owner offered us a free pizza for the inconvenience then ghosted us when it came time to order. Also, it was closer to 30mins to major attractions including Disney not 15mins. The bed sheets also had a very distinctive smell, perhaps due to the heat/humidity in the place since it was not cooling. We actually went out and bought fans. Would not recommend to anyone. We have rented via VRBO for years and this was our first semi-negative review.

We've since had the system serviced (a dirty filter was part of it, exactly as you flagged) and it's now running well below the temperatures you experienced. I appreciate you telling us the specifics; it helped us fix it faster. Re: distance to Disney, travel time varies quite a bit with traffic and time of day, and I understand it felt longer than expected on your visit; I'll update our listing language so it's more realistic rather than best-case without traffic which is 15 mins from our house to Disney Animal Kingdom. We appreciate you being direct with us, and we've made changes because of it. Hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
