As you step into the main upper living space, be prepared to have your breath taken away by the panoramic views of the majestic redwood giants. The spacious living room with its vaulted ceilings will be the perfect place for you and your loved ones to gather and unwind. Whether you choose to bask in the warmth of the sun during the day or snuggle up in front of the classic wood-burning fireplace at night, the stress of everyday life will melt away. Catch up with friends and family over a glass of wine, or plan a fun game night using the board games and puzzles provided for you.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and is perfect for group baking and cooking. And don't forget about the oversized gas-powered grill located on the magical string-light lit patio, where you can sizzle up your favorite dishes while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Relax and sip your coffee in this private outdoor space while enjoying the serene surroundings.

The entertainment room on this level features an impressive 65” mounted 4K TV with a Blu-ray player, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and TV services, ensuring that everyone in your group can find something enjoyable to watch. Take a moment to appreciate the wall hangings, which pay tribute to glamorous icons in the entertainment industry. This room doubles as a bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa and a half bathroom one door down.

On the middle level, guests can retreat to their spacious private rooms, where they will find plush Queen size beds fitted with silky soft sheets. A full bath and laundry closet are also situated on this level. You'll love the easy access to a private outdoor nook that conveniently adjoins a 6-person hot tub oasis lit by radiant string lights. As you relax in the hot tub, take in the grand Buddha statue gazing across the hillside, blessing your visit.

The master suite, located just around the corner from the guest rooms, features a California King size bed, a private master bath, and a built-in doggie door for your furry friends' convenience. Families traveling with babies will appreciate the two Pack 'n Play cribs with mattresses and soft fitted sheets provided. The master suite also has a pillow-topped daybed, perfect for curling up with your favorite book, and a private balcony adorned with inspiring Asian woodwork, offering an exclusive and romantic space for two. Former railroad tie stairs wrap around the house to meet the aforementioned hot tub space.

The lower level en-suite unit has its own separate entrance from the hot tub area, providing additional privacy for guests. This en-suite features one bedroom, one full bath, and a private seating area with a TV and cozy loveseat. A convenient and classy coffee cart with a Keurig machine is an added bonus, allowing guests to prepare a nice cup of morning coffee before joining the rest of the group. Reserved parking for 3 cars.
There is parking for one small/medium car on the parking deck near the front door on the upper road. There is parking for a two other vehicles on the street below the house. Street parking is scarce - carpooling is always encouraged. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Road to Guerneville Glamour:
The property is located on a two-way, one-lane curvy hillside road- paved, but rough in spots. We provide detailed written driving directions to confirmed guests.

Other things to note:
Guests will need to be comfortable walking up and down stairs in order to enjoy this property.
