The three main spacious bedrooms are simply decorated with new furnishings and comfortable queen mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay.

The luxurious primary bedroom, located conveniently on the first floor, offers a flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower with rain head and body sprays.

The other two queen bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor, along with an additional full bathroom on the second level also offers a walk-in shower. These bedrooms are particularly appointed with black out curtains that will appeal to those with young kids that may need to nap during the day, or the teen that will want to sleep until noon.

The fourth bedroom is a one-of-a-kind bunk room that sleeps 6 children in custom twin built-in bunk beds. The bunk-bed nooks even come with their own outlets and reading lights. The third full bathroom is located on this lower level and provides a shower and tub combination so you can choose between relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's an additional half bath on the main floor.

This family-friendly cabin also features a pack ’n play, children’s books, and a highchair, so you never have to worry about your little one.

You'll find a combination drip and k-cup coffee machine so you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning.

The kitchen is open to the dining area. You’ll love eating next to the large glass doors overlooking the deck and back yard. The high ceilings, and new furniture elevate your dining experience.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the basement game room. Plenty of seating is available on the sofas and the plush bean bag style seating as well as at the bar, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Watch a movie on the flat screen smart TV, which is hooked up to spectrum cable. Enjoy one of the 6 arcade games, from Cruising race games to Mario Kart, and Buck Hunter, plus a family favorite four player Ninja Turtles game. The Pandora Box arcade game offers over 750 old school games from Tetris to Mortal Kombat to Super Mario Brothers. If you are tired of screens, you can challenge your kids to shuffleboard.

Step out onto the covered front porch in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the comfortable seats. The house also has its own set of corn-hole boards which set up perfect on the front porch to make for a great time rain or shine.

Through the side door, you’ll find a lovely dining table and Weber grill. There is outdoor seating and plenty of room for children to play in the yard along with a Beach Volleyball court accessible from the walk-out lower level.

The house is located on a main road, so winter access to the property is a breeze. The cabin is located on the Saco River at a hot spot that locals and tourists alike have loved for years. Whether you want to relax on the beach and just get a tan by the water, or enjoy some fishing, this little bit of heaven on the river is just a short 2-minute walk on the private path from the house. This amazing bend in the river provides a great swimming hole for the whole family and an awesome sandbar completes the package. There are two separate cabins on this property. If you have a larger group than 12 and wish to rent both cabins, please reach out and we can accommodate you.

This property is equipped with Ring cameras w/ audio capabilities on the exterior of the cabin. The cameras will record:
