Clos Stella, quiet and stylish gîte near St Emilion and Sauternes
This quiet accommodation consists of two separate but adjacent houses. It offers two large living rooms to relax in, two kitchens with an American fridge and a large fireplace that creates a lovely atmosphere.
The swimming pool in the garden is perfect for cooling off in summer.
The accommodation
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC as well as a separate WC. A large kitchen with a dining table for 8-10 people.
The spacious living room offers space for everyone.
The bedrooms are divided as follows: A queen-size bed in the bedroom on the first floor, where an extra bed or a crib can be placed. The three bedrooms on the second floor have two queen-size beds (160 x 200) and one bedroom with two separate 90 x 200 beds, which can also be pushed together.
The second house The vacation home "Clos d'Aurelia" is adjacent to the completely renovated and tastefully furnished vacation home "Clos d'Antonia", which offers all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen. The garden with pool, garden furniture and BBQ is shared. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady spots to relax.

Great Stay in Merignas
Property was fantastic and exactly as advertised. The homes were beautiful, incredibly well appointed and maintained. We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the showers was great. The pool was very nice and a nice addition. A private rural setting and we would definitely stay again.

Très bon séjour en famille
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à l’occasion du week-end de l’ascension dans les 2 gîtes permettant d’accueillir les 12 personnes. Propreté, équipements, cadre extérieur, confort, literie … tout était parfait ! Le gîte est dans une impasse très calme à 20 min de Saint Emilion. Nous avons pu dîner à l’extérieur et de la piscine (un peu trop fraîche pour la saison). Très belle rénovation de cette belle demeure en bénéficiant de tout le confort !
Une petite suggestion : un microonde serait apprécié !
Excellents échanges avec les propriétaires, très accueillants et réactifs !
