ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although two (x2) pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We had a great time, Lake Windermere Pointe is an awesome base for exploring Invermere and the surrounding area. The unit had everything we needed and our hosts were helpful and easy to work with. Having the pool and hot tub was nice for our kids, and James Chabot Beach being so close was perfect. Would happily book again in the future!

Nice place, good location. Kitchen has most items you would need but didnt have things like coffee filters. Luckily a grocery store is near. We have stayed in other places in this condo which are better set up for hosting but overall this is a nice spot.
What a view of this location it’s beautiful. We loved our stay so clean spacious and quiet love loved it. We highly recommend this property and checked in was so smooth n during our stay was fabulous. Beach is nearby n property amenities was great swimming pool n hot tub. We definitely come back. Thank you
