Wonderful Cottage in Miacomet

The cottage exceeded our expectation. Quiet, well landscaped, within walking distance of terrific beach. Many thoughtful features, including weights and a yoga mat!! It was a great Life in paradise.

Amazing cottage in Miacomet

Stayed for a week in June with the family. We have twin boys (15), a son (13) and daughter (10) and the place was perfect. Kitchen and family area perfect for a movie at the end of the day. Outdoor space perfect for spending time grilling, playing spike ball and listening to some tunes with the crash of the waves in the background. Hope to stay again next year!

A delightful cottage with beautiful surroundings

We immediately fell in love with the cottage and its immaculate surroundings. Our family, two children (14 and 11) and two dogs, were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The local public beach, Surfside and Yummy (a smoothie/coffee shop) are all within biking distance. Monica immediately resolved two minor issues (WiFi and house key) upon checkin. Thank you Monica! It would be helpful if the listing mentioned that the cottage is part of a larger property. With that said, the cottage felt very private and we would highly recommend.

Miacomet memories

A perfect cottage with ample room for our family of five adults. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms tastefully decorated throughout and most importantly the beds were comfortable. It’s located on a quiet street with easy access to Miacomet Beach and a bike ride away from town. It was a perfect mid-island location allowing us to easily navigate the entire island. Monica made the logistics super easy and was very accommodating. The pictures excluded the finished basement space which included a seating area, bedroom and en-suite as well as the laundry room. The bonus not listed was the outdoor shower….a family favorite.

Pondview Cottage

The cottage is super private! There is a shared driveway but you are in no way sharing the property with others! There’s two bedrooms w en-suite bathrooms, two other bedrooms on the main floor that share a bathroom. Plenty of room for my family of 3 and my brothers family of 4. The location was PERFECT to us! A short trip into town (less than 10 minutes for sure!) and a SUPER short trip down to the beach! The owners were the best we’ve worked with so far (and we’ve done quite a few VRBOs). They were so kind & accommodating! Everything was SUPER clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Linens & towels were high end. Plenty of beach chairs & blankets there. Washer & dryer in the basement. Super cute furnishings. This house is so light, bright and clean! We were really grateful to have been able to stay here during our break! We had the best mini-vacation ever!

Beautiful

This was the second time staying at the Cottage. Booking, check-in and communication with the host was seamless. The property is nicely appointed and well maintained. We hope to return for another fall visit to Nantucket.
