We enjoyed a nice family vacation to Disney and stayed at Adventureland. It was a beautiful home that met all our needs and the kids loved the pool and arcade room. The proximity to the parks was excellent and Kristy made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before and absolutely love the location, but this property was by far the best we’ve experienced! The house was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully laid out for our family. The beds were actually comfortable, which is always a huge plus when traveling, and the kids especially loved the racing game!We really appreciated the little extras, like laundry detergent, garbage bags, and other essentials that aren’t always included at other rentals. Having laundry available was also a huge convenience. The pool was wonderfully warm, and the hot tub actually got hot, which hasn’t always been our experience with other properties.Communication leading up to our stay was excellent. We didn’t need anything while we were there, but felt confident that help would be readily available if we did.The house truly had everything we needed, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into making it comfortable for guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is the second time I stayed here with my family. My kids love the arcade and this time the adults got to enjoy it also! The pool and hot tub were so nice after a day of walking around at the parks. Kristy makes everything so simple and if you need anything you get a prompt response. I’m excited to stay at one of her other properties in the neighborhood, but love this one so much we decided to stay again. So clean, so beautiful, so fun, so worth it! We’ll be back

We had a wonderful experience, the property was just as expected and very clean. The host was so great at communication and has a property manager available within minutes should you have an issues. Will definitely be staying with this host again.

Home was the perfect place for our multi generational family vacation. It has everything you could possibly need and more! Kids loved the themed rooms, arcade and the pool. Having items to accommodate a toddler was a highlight for us as well. Would definitely make return trips here and visit this hosts other properties.

This house was a great stay for our family. It’s close to the parks and all different kinds of restaurants. Checking in to the gate on Saturday took a while but it was on the weekend. Any other time, we never saw it that busy. Maybe avoid that time frame if you check in during the weekend. The game room and the pool was a hit for our kids! So many things were supplied at the house, it was great. Kristy was great to work with. Very quick with responses! Highly recommend

This home was beyond expectations!!! Just amazing and the perfect getaway for our family! We will definitely be returning! The host was wonderful and truly thinks of everything you need to make your vacation amazing! We didnt even end up going to parks! The kids just loved the pool/ arcade at the house and the pool/waterpark amenities!

We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more). The pool area felt really private, which made it easy to relax, and our kids loved watching movies out on the pool deck each night. The arcade room was also a huge hit for our whole family.We did have one small issue with the hot tub not heating, but maintenance responded quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you for a memorable family trip!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The game room and pool area were amazing, and a big hit with all of our kids. The location was great; very easy drive to all the theme parks. Check-in was seamless and we had great communication from the host!

Our stay at this home was perfect in every way.

This home was stocked with everything that we could ask for and everything that we needed. Decor and essentials were top notch. Host, Kristy Laney, was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever my daughter had a question or needed information of any kind. We will be returning early 2027 and will look no further than Kristy's fabulous homes to make our Disney family vacation a wonderful experience!

Exceeded Expectations!

First of all, prior to our arrival, communication with Kristy was excellent! The house is so nice and spacious! We were able to truly make it feel like a home away from home! There are plenty “extras” (like the nice Keurig, kitchen accessories, etc) that help make your experience even better. We have stayed at “on Disney resort” properties, we have also stayed at other resort condos (apartment-style), but we are now spoiled and will be return customers!

Excellent stay

Adventureland is a fabulous villa. The games room and pool were a hit with the kids. It was lovely and clean. The communication from the host was fantastic, really clear and informative. An excellent stay and I would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this house. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. Game room is awesome!! The hot tub wasn’t heating up the first night however after contacting the manager- it was fixed right away! There is nothing bad to say about this house. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing space for the entire family. The host easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property was clean and in working condition. I hate renting a property and everything is broken. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The community was amazing and well maintained.
