There are seasonal rocky creeks (flows until about August-yet can come & go w/the weather), shade provided by tall pine trees. Jayco 25 ft. nice Travel Trailer w/AirCon/Heat. Kitchen; cookware, appliances, freezer/fridge, table/chairs dinette, storage spaces.Two accordion privacy doors, small closets to hang clothes, Bathroom; towels, hot Shower, small Bathtub, vanity sink and mirrors, Queen bed, small Full bed, Single Bunk bed, wide single sleeper Sofa. Smart TV. Campfire when local ordinance allows. Outdoor PicNic table & prep tablepropane BBQ, outdoor electric outlets, camp chairs, nearby: fine dining, live music, saloons, cafes, outdoor BBQ, bakeries, coffee, shopping, gyms, yoga, theaters, boats/inner tube/kayak rentals. Great location for small group, right next to Yellowstone River

Great property for our fishing trip. Travel trailer was clean, with current appliances and all necessary utinsels for cooling. Great host who was always avaiable for necessities and extremly understanding. Actually made a friend! Will stay here again next trip.

1st rate facility and location. It’s a 25 ft Jayco trailer but don’t let that put you off. It was spotless and Uber quiet with good communication from the host. I’d come back anytime.
