This place was amazing! We had the most relaxing time! Very clean place, plenty of towels and the view of the beach from the patio was spectacular! The A/C in this condo was amazing!!! We will definitely be booking this place again. 10/10 rating!

Cute, private, quiet little condo. Perfect for a beach stay!! I searched online for 3 months trying to locate a condo "on the beach" and finally found this listing and it was PERFECT for us! We had to cut our 5 night stay short due to Mandatory Evacuation due to hurricane. Chris and Candy notified us of Evacuation and the refunded the two nights we missed out on-you couldn't ask for better hosts and Terry and Tammy are wonderful people-we chatted with them the morning we were packing and they were securing the property. 10/10 for our stay and will definitely stay here again and will refer them to anyone else

No washer in dryer was a major inconvenience.dryer they had on second floor didn’t work. Also definitely need to replace their cutlery. Was like using a butter knife to cut anything. We were there for 16 days. Had a great time. Best thing about condo seriously few steps away from beach.

My new favorite place to stay! Our room looked just like the photos, clean, and easy to find. The hosts were very friendly and quick in response. I especially loved that our 2 dogs were able to tag along with us. Loved the beach view from the ground level room, and convenient food options next door at manatees tiki bar.

The bedroom ceiling leaked water on my first night! I got an immediate response which was satisfactory! Fortunately the leak stopped! I was given a credit by the host for being flexible! The unit was immaculate for cleanliness! Beach chairs & umbrella nice Perk!

Great communication from hosts! Great location for access to the beach. The condo is quaint and has all of the basics. Nothing fancy, but the access to the beach doesn't get better. It is literally only steps outside the backdoor. Parking is also super convenient. You can literally park right outside the front door. Zero complaints.
