The south facing patio is fully covered providing shade and a reprieve from a day in sun on the lake. Look down the wash for a rear view of the lake and maybe catch a glimpse of some local wildlife. Gas BBQ for the the outside Chef.
Inside, this spacious property there are (4) Smart TV with ROKU to handle all your viewing needs. Anyone for a game of Pool? It's set up just off the grand room - High speed internet and WIFI available. King, Queen and a set of bunks offer sleeping for 6-7. Got a few more, an Air Mattress is available. Maximum guest - 9 With over 2300 square feet, the house can handle it all. ALL Garages are available for your use. Boat depth side is 31.2', double car is 24.2' with 60' of driveway parking.

4060 Tropic Blvd

We really enjoyed our stay in Havasu City. The city itself is a nice size, easy to navigate with all the amenities one needs. The property was beautifully appointed at the edge of the city giving us a great view of the sky and mountains in the distance. Patti Mentch came by the first morning and gave us instructions on how to heat the pool if we so desired. The house was well stocked and clean and the pool and deck area have the perfect mix of shade and sun. The community is trying to adhere to a Dark Sky policy so encourages limited yard lights at dusk resulting in a very quiet, peaceful area. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Labor Day weekend

This is a very nice, cozy and clean place. We really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the pool table. Patti was a wonderful host, quick to response, friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful comfortable pool home

Great house. We had seven adults and two dogs. Plenty of room. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Comfortable clean and had everything you needed. Dog friendly beautiful home. Garage was great for the toys. Third bedroom was just ok. Would rather a queen and/or day bed or roll away. Location is a little further out but the mountain view is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home and would stay again. Loved it!

Love this home!

My family and I have stayed a couple of times at this amazing home. It has everything needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of parking for our boat and well stocked inside. Pool is great! The house is clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything. We will be back again.
