Good and not great

Super pretty place with a great beach location. Many units in the building - this particular unit had a few things that need addressing. Nice spot though.

Great property!

This was a great location and property for our family. The living space and layout was great for our family. The amenities and location was great. We had an issue with the incorrect beach access code the the communication and feedback was quick and we got it resolved quickly which was much appreciated. The master suite had queen sheets on a king bed which was a slight annoyance. Other than that, it was great.

Love the Condos, but this property in particular is a little worn out:)

We absolutely adored this set of condos! The location was amazing and the beach access was so close. Our favorite part was the roof top pool and the over all layout of the condo was amazing for our family! We will stay in a condo at Waterhouse again! But we may not stay in this unit again. The biggest issue with the unit was just simple use/wear and tear. The oven was completely unusable due to all of the writing being rubbed off, so we couldn't tell where to set the dials. Also, the bathtub faucet in the master popped off when my husband was using it for the kids! However, it was still an amazing time and the condo was absolutely comfortable and my kids slept so well with all the gorgeous beds and blackout curtains! We are grateful to have had a safe and clean place to stay for our vacation!

Great Property

Great place but, VRBO sold out through VACSA and never disclosed that, so, communication with the property owner was nonexistent. Horrible stay with respect to a need to chat with owner. Property is beautiful and beach access is awesome, just needed comms for minor issues.
