Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 1st floor duplex has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one full bath, a large fully stocked kitchen, large dining room with room for 6 people and spacious living room.

Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and a gas grill overlooking the lake. With the best seats for Thursday Night Village Summer Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in Lake George Village.


Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located right down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR A TRAILER. Ask for more information. 2 Parking space available.

AMAZING PLACE!!!

Everything was clean, new and fresh. The view of the lake phenomenal. And so close to Duffys bar, very inconvenient. Friends had the upper level and equally awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!

Amazing location at Lake George

This house was great! Wonderful location as we like to walk everywhere. So close to the park, live music, shopping, restaurants/bars, boat rentals, Steamboat docks. The house was beautiful inside and we spent alot of time on the patio. The beds were comfortable. Lots to do!

All I can say is, Wow! What an amazing place! Location was absolutely perfect - close to everything, but felt private and was quiet. The house is newly renovated and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

My wife our two children and I had a great week here with plenty of space and a full kitchen. Good lake views my son loves watching the mini haha (sight seeing steam boat) go by. Quick walk to anything in Lake George Village. Terri was very accommodating we were unaware that sheets and towels are not provided and she offered to bring them to us! House was just renovating and kitchen stocked with all new pots pans silver ware etc.

This property is truly fantastic. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. You are right in the village and walking distance to so much, yet it’s very private and set off the Main Street. We rented a boat for half the week and were able to get a dock slip right at the dock next to the house, the convenience to that and the beach were so great. The unit itself, although small, was very nice and clean. Newly renovated. I will say You do only get the bare essentials with this unit, it’s not someone’s home so it lacks on some extras. *Bring your own beach/boat towels. *if you plan on cooking during your stay, pack seasonings. The unit has nothing, not even salt/pepper. Communication with Terri was great and when I reached out to inform her the AC wasn’t working, she had someone out there within hours and it was fixed and she checked in with us. All in all, it was a great stay and we will absolutely be back!

We stayed in the 2nd floor duplex with our family in Aug 2024. We loved it so much, my husband and I returned to the 1st floor for our 40th anniversary in the fall of 2025. The property is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked in both the bathroom and kitchen. The location is close to everything in town! The lake view is fantastic! The host is very responsive should you need to get in touch.

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We loved the first floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The covered patio was great, especially when it rained one night. The lake views were amazing! We were close to everything and could walk everywhere.

Highly recommend staying at this property! Perfect for 2-4 people and lets you enjoy all the highlights of Lake George Village! Being close to the Steamboat co., Shepards Park, restaurants, grocery stores and all the shopping was a A! House had everything we needed to make our 4 days perfect!! Bonus- seeing the fireworks!!

This is a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property with everything you need for your stay. We had a terrific mini-vacation and very much enjoyed watching the fireworks over Lake George on Thursday evening from the house. We highly recommend this property.

I love Lake George and being so close to the lake itself. I have never used VRBO before but would recommend it. I usually stay in a hotel but wanted to try something different. Only draw back was the noisy upstairs group that was staying there.

Great 2 bedroom unit on the water, close to downtown

Pictures of the view don't do it justice. Great location hidden right off the main street. Overall quiet during the day, however bands/music can be heard from the bars until 10pm. View was gorgeous, amazing, from the deck/patio area right off the living room. Enjoyed morning coffee, grilling, and dinner outside with that view. Great place to stay

Best girls weekend!

My girlfriends and I came to Lake George to celebrate one of our birthdays and just had the best time! Our stay was great, the house was perfectly accommodating for us and the location and views could not be better. Being able to just walk down the hill and get on the dock at the boardwalk to have a few drinks or a bite to eat was priceless! Oh, and we had a perfect view of the fireworks from the dinner cruise right at the house on the porch!! The process of checking in and checking out was easy and Terry was super attentive when we had questions! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay we hope to make this an annual trip!
