The sunny Casa Oliva is a terraced house and suitable for 2-6 vacationers who appreciate a pleasant atmosphere during the holidays. The house has a beautiful Mediterranean garden planted. The large terrace is like to have breakfast or evening barbecue. An awning provides, if desired, pleasant shade. Guests appreciate the private pool, you can bathe in the undisturbed. The lichdurchflutete through large windows home has a bright living room with a very high quality sofa bed, a large dining table and satellite TV in the EC. It consists of the very well-equipped kitchenette. It's fun to cook on vacation! Furniture and equipment are modern, new and very tastefully coordinated. The EC is also a sep is. WC. A staircase leads to the first floor. There is a bedroom with double bed and stunning lake views, a separate sleeping area with a further sofa bed and a large bathroom. Besides shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine here. The view of Lake Como is one of the plus points of this house.
The Casa Oliva is located in a small street on the outskirts of Menaggio. It is quiet and yet so central that you can walk into the town on foot. In the neighborhood are other private houses. Due to the slope Casa Oliva and the garden are beautiful sunny.

Le propriétaire nous a d abord demandé notre adresse personnelle. Ce qui est très douteux. Puis à réclame une caution en cash alors qu abritel prélevé déjà une caution. Ce qu elle a fini par reconnaître. Enfin après notre départ elle réclame 104 de consommation gaz. Ce qui est juste énorme et surtout non indiqué dans l annonce. D autant plus qu aucun état des lieux ni à l arrivée ni au départ n à été fait. Enfin elle réclame de l argent pour une poubelle qui aurait été ouverte par un chat après notre départ alors qu on n à laisse aucune poubelle. Je trouve le procédé malsain. J éviterais absolument ce genre d hote

Tolle Aussicht. Ruhige Lage

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett und zwei ausziehbare Sofas welche etwas hart sind. Das Haus liegt in einem Teilort von Menaggio. Dort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Keinen Bäcker, keine Restaurants. Nach Menaggio kann man in 20 Minuten laufen. Dort gibt es dann alles. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus. Zu empfehlen!

La situation de location et son agencement sont très agréables

Le point fort de cette location est sa vue exceptionnelle sur le lac sa piscine privée très apprécié avec les visites (peu ou pas de plages sympas autour du lac ) ainsi que l agencement de cette maison mitoyenne parfaitement isolée des voisins par une végétation très agréable. les repas sur la terrasse sont particulièrement sympas Idéale pour 2 et très bien pour 4 Un regret l absence d un BBQ et d un micro onde. A 20minutes à pied du village c est également calme.j y reviendrai avec plaisir

Great stay at Lake Como

Very nice week spent at Nobiallo. Quite environment with superb and relaxing view on the lake. The house is nice, clean and we feel home. The internet connnexion is working great allowing remote working. Pascale

Hervorragend!

Tolles Haus in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Genialer Blick auf den See, mehr geht nicht. Nur Vorsicht bei der Nutzung der Heizung, extrem teuer. Im Mai haben wir 10€ pro Tag bezahlt.

Eine wunderbare Zeit

Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Die Einrichtung war gepflegt und lies keine Wünsche offen. Ein wirklich herrlicher Blick auf den See von der Terrasse aus. Auch beim Aufstehen konnte man den wundervollen Ausblick genießen um erholt in den Tag zu starten. Die Stadt war bequem fussläufig zu erreichen, in der man wunderbar zu Abend essen konnte. Die Anbindung mit der Fähre an die umliegenden Städte ist einfach nur Ideal. Gerne wieder Comer See und dann definitiv wieder in diesem Haus.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, toller Urlaub!

Ich war vorher noch nie in Italien in einem Ferienhaus und muss sagen ich war wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Haus ließ sich leicht finden und war top gereinigt. Auch der Garten und Pool waren einwandfrei. Besonders schön fand ich die Terasse mit Blick auf den See auf der man hervorragend in der Sonne frühstücken konnte. Die Lage von dem Haus ist sehr geschützt und man ist schnell am See und im Dorf (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und das sogar zu Fuß! Habe dieses Haus auch schon in der Familie weiterempfohlen, weil der Urlaub wirklich wunderschön war. Gerne immer wieder!

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Ausblick. Wir haben uns nach der Anreise direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders toll ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und aus dem Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock ! Auch die Umgebung hat uns überzeugt. Da wir aufgrund schlechter werdenden Wetters den großen Pool leider nur in den ersten drei Tagen richtig nutzen konnten haben wir die Zeit genutzt und viele Ausflüge in umliegende Dörfer gemacht. Besonders empfehlen kann ich Bellagio (man setzt mit dem Boot über, auch ein tolles Erlebnis) Auch kochen im Haus ist kein Problem da die Küche gut ausgestattet ist. Alternativ gibt es auch fußläufig in Menaggio tolle romantische Restaurants ;). Die engen Gassen sind mit dem Auto gelegentlich eine Herausforderung aber für geübte Fahrer eigentlich kein Problem. Parken vor dem Haus war leider nicht immer möglich, allerdings konnte man etwas weiter die Straße runter immer gut etwas finden. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen !

Tolles Haus und atemberaubender Blick

Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft direkt begeistert ! Der Blick von der Terrasse und besonders aus dem Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind wirklich beeindruckend. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut und bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sehr sauber, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlen konnte. Den Pool konnten wir in den ersten Tagen nutzen, danach leider wegen schlechten Wetters nicht mehr. Aber durch die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in nahegelegene Dörfer war auch das schlechtere Wetter nicht schlimm. Hier kann ich besonders Bellagio empfehlen (man kann mit der Fähre übersetzen, auch ein tolles Erlebnis) Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Abstrichen

Ein schönes, relativ neues Ferienhaus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Comer-See, vor allem aus dem Obergeschoss. Mit ein paar "kleinen" Haken: - Die Pumpe für den Pool ist direkt neben der Terrasse und nervt die meiste Zeit mit einem sehr lauten Geräusch. - Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind teilweise abenteuerlich. Einen Stellplatz, der zum Haus gehört gibt es nicht. - Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spärlich. Wir waren nur zu zweit und es hat nicht an Pfannen usw. gereicht bzw, sie sind abgenutzt. - Fast kein Stauraum im Erdgeschoss. - Obwohl im Text von "Grillen auf der Terrasse" die Rede ist... einen Grill gibt es nicht - Der Pool wird nur 14-tägig gereinigt. Uns war das egal, wir konnten ihn wegen des kalten Wetters nicht nutzen. Wäre das anders gewesen, hätten wir ihn ab der zweiten Woche aus hygienischen Gründen nicht mehr benutzen können. Fazit: Nicht wieder.
