In the resort, in the district Valle Verzasca, in a quiet position, 100 m from the river. Private: garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m extra. Grocery 3 km, bus stop "Gerra, Al Ponte" 150 m, railway station "Locarno Muralto" 26 km, outdoor swimming pool 29 km, public bathing area 29 km. Golf course (18 hole) 33 km, minigolf 30 km, walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona/Locarno, Mercato Bellinzona, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Mercato Cannobio, Mercato Luino, Monte Verita. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bosco Gurin. River, waterfalls and mountains

Good base to discover the Verzacas valley. Property well equipped, although no dishwasher. There is a local shop, but I would recommend doing most of your shopping for your stay before coming up the valley. Nice garden and patio area. If you have small children the parking could be an issue. It is not far away, but there is no pavement and you have to walk several 100 metres on a busy road. Not ideal when unloading and loading the car at the beginning and end of your holiday. Good local transport system.

Positiv: Das Rustico bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer), hat einen schönen Garten mit 4 Liegestühlen, Grill. Postautohaltestelle in der Nähe, Wanderweg in der Nähe, 3km zum Einkaufen in Brione. Negativ: kein GS, PP muss extra bezahlt werden (CHF 30.00 pro Woche) und keine Ticino Card erhalten.

Aussenplatz nicht direkt von der Küche aus erreichbar - der Aufstieg aussenherum ist wakelig und defekt und daher nicht für jedermann. Keine Ticinocard erhalten - obwohl wir ja die Kurtaxen zahlen mussten!!! Bis jetzt haben wir diese in jeder Ferienwohnung im Tessin erhatlten - nur hier nicht???

Herfst in Tessin

Het huisje is goed schoon. Deur naar de woonkamer is laag dus bukken geblazen voor ons. Ook voor lamp bij voordeur. De omgeving is prachtig. Wandelen van Mergoscia naar Corippo waar je leuk kleinschalig kunt lunchen. sentiere de legendes gelopen in 1,5 uur met kastanjetaart op de hoek. We hebben gezwommen aan het Lago Maggiore, Lido Locarno met leuke glijbanen en warm water buiten. Wandelen naar Sognono heen en terug. Wandelen naar Cazzia via Frasco terug 17 km met 1000 m stijgen en dalen.

Das Verzascatal hat uns mit prachtvollem Wetter und einer super Unterkunft eine Woche lang beheimatet. Wir konnten uns prächtig entspannen. Gerne wieder!

Haus sehr schön möbliert - weit über das 'Funktionelle' hinaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren 'nur' 2 Frauen, so hatte jede von uns viel Raum und eigenes Badezimmer - für mehr erwachsene Personen mit Wunsch nach eigenem Schlafzimmer wäre es im oberen Stockwerk ein wenig eng - höchstens für Famillie mit Kindern sonst geeignet.
