Ideally located in the heart of Cap Ferret, a few steps from the Arcachon basin, this 30 m² family apartment on the ground floor welcomes you in a secure residence. It has two bedrooms and a pleasant private terrace of 28 m², ideal for your meals and moments of relaxation outside.

You will also have access to the residence's swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and reach the ocean beaches in less than 10 minutes by bike. Its privileged location will allow you to take full advantage of the peninsula, between beaches, cycle paths, shops and restaurants.

Please note: linen (sheets, towels and bath mats) is not provided. If you wish to travel light, I can offer you a linen rental solution available on site before your arrival.
