One bedroom, one bath, unit features a full kitchen, oceanfront bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen sleeper, free laundry, free tanning, free use of all VSA facilities, free parking. Unit sleeps four.


Resort features a hot tub, tanning, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and is immediately oceanfront.
First floor units feature a walkout patio. Floors two- 14 feature a balcony. Please contact in advance if you have a preference on assignment.

Bike use and aquarium admission is provided to my guests, personally, This is not a resort amenity. Please contact me to coordinate bike use &/or arrange aquarium visit times.

Free use of beach chair provided upon request for this listing only. Contact me, the unit owner, not the resort. Please plan your request with at least 24 hour advance notice.

Guest checking in must be 21 or over with an ID and bank card for a temporary hold against incidentals.

Good for a quick getaway!

Upon entering the building we were greeted by the wonderful "Mighty Quinn" (daytime desk person), who was very genuinely sweet and helpful in all matters during our 2 night stay. The suite was fairly clean (floors need a deep clean) and quite dated. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was wonderful, overlooked our beloved ocean! It was fairly quiet until Saturday night when the music from the restaurant downstairs was loud until about 11 or a little later. Overall it was a decent experience.
