The condo was very clean and well taken care of. You can tell it's been renovated recently and done well. The location was nice right at the north end of the boardwalk. Within reasonablee walking distance of everything we wanted to do. A good spot for watching the air show also! Will definitely look into returning next year.

This location was very convenient, we loved being in the quieter part of Virginia Beach but yet still on the boardwalk. Enough space for a family of 4 for a short weekend stay!

Great Little Place

Perfect location for peace and quiet, R&R, at the north end of the boardwalk. Easily walkable to restaurants and night life, but not in the "thick of the activity."

We love the location at the top of the boardwalk and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. Also thought the Murphy bed worked well for the smaller space. Highly recommend.

Great little place, plenty of room for a couple. Murphy bed was awesome and so were the Blue Angels practicing for Air Show. It was thrilling to see and hear! Condo was very clean and very modern.

Great location

Stay was pleasant, enjoyable and we found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Easy access to beach and board walk. Beach is well maintained. The navy's fighter jets were overwhelmingly noisy. Their exercises went from 10 am to 10 pm. The mattress left something to be desired. I would recommend a new mattress.

We enjoyed our short stay

My family and I enjoy the studio very much. It has everything u need, it is cozy, and very confortable. The boardwalk is really close and there are several restaurants close by. My favorite part is the view from the balcony. I enjoyed drinking my coffee early in the morning looking at the ocean and the people walking and running by. Also, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. I’m glad I picked this place.

A great stay with everything you need in a perfect location

This studio apartment is great, it can be a bit shocking at first how small it is but you’ll quickly realize it has everything you need for your stay. It’s in a great location, has an ocean view balcony, is steps from the beach and on a quieter side of the boardwalk, but walking distance to many things. The AC works amazing, the bes it comfy and everything you need for the beach is provided. Would definitely come back!

Great process from booking through checkout. The property was as advertised...a small studio with kitchen, 1 bath and sleeping space for 3-4. The studio is lovely, well maintained and updated. The property manager was very responsive. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Studio

Although this studio was small it had everything our little family needed and more. The location was excellent, only steps to the beach and the north end of the boardwalk. Tom was a great host, replying promptly to any inquiries and providing suggestions for activities in the area. There is also a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards at the condo, which were perfect for lightening our packing load. We will definitely book again on our next trip to VA Beach. Thanks Tom!
