I was surprised how quiet it was. The grounds are clean and everyone has been picking up any waste from their pets. I felt very stay here staying by myself.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. It was cozy, close to everything, and far enough off the road that it was quiet. Will plan to book here again when back in the area.

Adorable, rustic beach cottage. Really appreciated the ease of access and parking. Our cottage was small but we had what we needed. It was very easy to get to shopping, beaches, places to eat, etc. In addition the hosts are so kind. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stacy and Chip, the owners were very kind gave us ideas of where to eat and pet friendly locations where to go with our dogthe cottage was exactly as advertised, and we stayed a week and loved every moment, if you’re looking for a pet friendly and close to beach and friendly people and this is the place

Wasn’t terribly impressed with the cabin we stayed in. Not well renovated, floors not even and lifting in the main area, no door or fan for bathroom, barn door kept falling off track, very few outlets, shower was cheaply done and not level, toilet was shimmed with blocks of wood and still not level, and a bunch of hair still left on the shower wall, no utensils to eat with, had to use old kitchen sink to brush teeth, found some dog food under a bed, hot water took minutes to get hot. On a positive note… the A/C and TV both worked well. The community pool was nice, refreshing and clean. Neighbors were all respectful and quiet. The size of the unit was perfect for a short-term rental.As a BnB owner ourselves, the unit really should be updated with a nice white paint job, floors leveled, and bath and kitchen remodeled by professionals…Not uncle Bob! You could charge a little more if you did. Location was Great for Wells Beach!

Cottages built in the 60’s floors have been redone in vinyl and are not level as the cottages settle. Barn doors are meant to slide not be pulled forward. Absolutely nothing is level in these age cottages and the showers are 28x28 so they cannot be replaced they have been remodeled best way possible to make improvements, we have never had any complaints until now. We don’t charge high prices as this area is getting and if we would charge more we would have to tear it down and start from scratch , big dollars. We have a brand new cottage on grounds #4 you should have paid the higher price and you would have loved it.

Spent a week in Wells, this was a great location, close to Beach’s. This unit is great for 2 people, very nice property owners. We will be staying again.

Great visit

We had cabin 5 and it was very quaint! We loved it. The area was very quiet. The pool looked great (we did not use). Will stay here again. Although we never met the owners they were very pleasant to deal with.

Easy access

Location was perfect for what we were Looking for. Set back off rte1. Beach was short drive, plenty of restaurants, mini golf and supermarket were very close. Great stay!!

The little cabin and the grounds was everything we expected and needed for a little mother/daughter get away. It was fun to walk across the street to the food truck and live music and an easy drive to the beach and all the local activities. There were only a few quirky things in the cabin like the sliding bathroom doors not giving you complete privacy and that the kitchen sink is the only sink but nothing that would prevent us from returning.

Its hard to find dig friendly places, that feel like home, and are at a value. This location right across the street from the food trucks at Congdon's after dark is a perfect foodie get away. Our cottage was cozy and quaint.

Lovely Getaway

The cottage was just as described. Cute & small with all the necessities. It is walking distance from plenty of things and a short drive to the beach. Plus it’s dog friendly with a great yard to use.
