The property was fantastic. Location was great with beach access directly across the street. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for the beach. The pool was great for our little ones. Melinda was a great host and communicated well throughout our trip.

We've stayed at the property before & love it! The location- directly across the street from public beach access- is fantastic, making trips to & from the water so easy. The house was unbelievably clean- absolutely no complaints at all. The house was well stocked and the beach & pool amenities were fantastic. Great owners!- easy to work with & quick responders. The front deck on the house is amazing for rainy days- and the pool is fantastic!

This property and hosting is as great as it looks! There was plenty of space for our larger group, plenty of pool and beach toys/accessaries for adults and kids. The short walk from the house to the beach made for seamless transitions!

The property was amazing and had everything you could ask for in a beach house. The kitchens were well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill and beach items provided. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the beach. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. If I had to list one negative it would be that you cannot see the beach or ocean from the deck since there are houses and trees on the ocean front side.

Awesome house. The little kitchen was perfect for our u kids after a swim to come in for a snack or take a quick nap in the bunk beds Keaton fried chicken in Mike what could be my glasseslocated on the lower level. The elevator helped so much for taking our luggage up to the next floor. The pool was a big hit for the kids. Beach access was so convenient. Having 2 ice makers upstairs and downstairs was a big plus for us. Our host was very attentive to our needs.

This property was a "10" in every way! So clean, beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a wonderful vacation with our 3 adult children and their families. Plenty of room for all. So close to the beach and the whole family spent many hours at the private pool in the back yard. Grandkids and adults loved it! A garage full of beach toys, and all the beach towels we needed. A grill with propane tanks supplied. Also, loved the large front porch with swing and lots of seating for the whole family. We cooked several meals in and appreciated all the appropriate cooking utensils, pans etc. needed. Enjoyed several meals out too and walks to the coffee shop. Loved the extra downstairs kitchen! Just one of the many extras in this house.Owners couldn't have been better. Gave us all the information we needed ahead of time and checked in with us while there. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!! Many memories made!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing vacation in Kure beach at this house. The location could not have been better and we had everything we needed and more! The pool was perfect for little kids and the beach was right across the street. They had any beach or pool toy you could ever want. The home had the best amenities of any rental by far. I would definitely stay here again!

Week at the Beach

Everyone had a great time! We have been going to various North Carolina beach locations for 30+ years and this home was the best stock beach house we have had. Anything you might want for the beach and the kids was there.

We had an amazing trip. The host was easy to work with especially as we navigated the island dealing with a tropical storm coming through. We can't wait to go back to this exact house. It had everything a family could need/want for a perfect easy beach vacation. Highly recommend.

Great Property

We had the best week. The pool was wonderful and was supplied with pool floats that was a great hit with the grandkids. It was a very short walk to beach. Everything you needed for the beach was supplied. I highly recommend this property.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children loved the house. Melinda was VERY responsive to questions. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and the house had everything you could possibly ask for. The house was clean and the pool was a great bonus! We are coming back!

Great stay, awesome spot!

Melinda was a fantastic host, very responsive from the get-go. My family enjoyed the pool when we were too tired to head out, while we enjoyed the walking distance to the beach, and the proximity of the Fort Fisher Recreation area. Home was conveniently located, had all the necessary items, and very clean. Overall, great experience despite partly cloudy/rainy weather.

Great Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property. Everything you need for the pool and the beach is already at the property as well as the kitchen being fully stocked. Melinda is great to work with. The air conditioner went out and within a couple hours we had cool air.

Wonderful experience

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The home is perfectly located in a small town with easy access to Carolina Beach. Renting the golf cart was a super fun way to get around. The house amenities were perfect, relaxing and enjoyable. The host had detailed instructions and was easily available for questions. They provided a great seafood market for local crabs. We look forward to staying here again!!
