This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lakefront home with private dock is the perfect location for your next vacation. We are in a family friendly cove off the main channel, great for tubing and skiing. Located near mile marker 10, it is the ideal central location by land or water to almost anywhere on the lake. Frankie and Louie’s is located one cove over and features a gas dock, restaurant and bar, live music and a swim beach perfect for the kids.
This home has been our personal second home for the last several years and has been renovated from top to bottom with meticulous care. We have a private dock with easy access via our motorized tram. No walking up a steep incline or a bunch of stairs! Dock has a swim deck, floating mat and boat slip available for your use. We have also recently added a sitting area and firepit down near the water to relax on those cooler evenings.
Our bi-level home is the perfect set up for two or more families.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom - one queen bed with attached full bath and flat screen smart tv (Netflix and Hulu), walkout balcony
Bedroom 2 - one queen bed with flat screen smart tv (Netflix and Hulu)
Bedroom 3 – one queen bed with walkout balcony and flat screen smart tv (Netflix and Hulu)
The main level features an open concept kitchen/dining/living room and full bathroom. Kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessities you need and a second refrigerator in the basement as well. There is plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick for streaming complimentary Netflix or Hulu. A sliding glass door leads out to the deck, great for entertaining and offering incredible lake views. A propane grill is located on the deck and available for your use.
The walkout basement features another living space with a flat screen smart tv. There are 3 bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top) and two sofa beds. The laundry room and a half bath are also accessible on this level.
*A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking. Acceptance of rental agreement is required. Full agreement can be provided upon request prior to booking.
Guests have access to the entire home and dock. Guests will not have access to our garage and two owner's closets.
One boat slip is available for use. Extra cleats are also provided on the side of the dock if you have an additional boat that needs tied up. Please bring extra fenders to protect your boat and our dock.
We have a shared driveway to our house, located at the bottom of the hill. The driveway is gravel and somewhat steep down to the house. While we do our best to maintain it, natural forces sometimes cause the gravel to get loose or divots to develop making it difficult for some vehicles. There is room for parking up to 5 vehicles in the flat driveway that runs the length of the front of our house. Additional parking for 2-4 cars is available on the second tier land up the hill and is marked by signs.

• 50% refund if cancelled 30+ days prior to check-in date
• No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in date
