We enjoy the Boardwalk resort. The resort is geared to family. the splashpad was excellent. And management is right in the resort, if there is a problem. the pool is clean an easy to migrate to beach. We needed more towels and we received them in fair a time.

We had a family of 11 and we had plenty of room. The layout was nice, the 2 master baths were really nice and big, the beds were comfy. It was really nice. The appliances could be updated but everything worked as it should. The balcony was big and had a nice outdoor table. We had a great time! The resort pool/splash pad was very nice and the access to beach was nice. We'd stay here again.

Property is fine. Amenities were great. Kids had a blast at the pool and splash pad. Condo needs a little work. Dishwasher needs replacing. Master toilet too. Front door and main slider do not lock. One kitchen drawer doesn’t open. Needed other cooking/measuring utensils…maybe they were inside of that drawer! They had a big pot for our low country boil which is unusual. Pleasant surprise. We were there during the hurricane so we didn’t get the full experience we’d hoped for. The beds were comfy. The view was amazing! We’d give it 3.5-4 stars. I’d stay there again because of the price….just not during a hurricane!

PCB Condo with Exquisite Ocean View

This condo is very comfortable and roomy. The view of the ocean is amazing as well as the view of the pool and the city up and down the beach. I highly recommend it.

Views were beautiful and beach access was perfect. Place was clean but appliances need to be updated as the dish washer wouldn’t get dishes clean and they had to be hand washed a the fridge wasn’t cooling enough. Also the washer took forever to do a normal load of clothes. The king bed in the bonus sweet was terribly uncomfortable due to mattress toppers on there with a gap between them. Other than that, everything was great.

Great place

Loved the parrot head and the Broadway! Will stay again. Location was great! No issues with pool, kids loved the kiddie pool. Need a few more glasses and silverware but we made it work.

Amazing

The Boardwalk Beach Resort has everything you could want in a vacation rental. The pools are very kid friendly, the beach is just steps away, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We are already planning our spring break trip back here for next year.

Great condos. We have stayed at the Boardwalk three times now.

Nice, large condos with great family atmosphere. Convenient to shopping and attractions. Full service condos with nice pools. However, this particular condo didn't seem as clean as the others we have stayed in. The floors seemed to be in need of mopping.

Family time

Facility & condo was spectacular as far as cleanliness. The hot tubs were not working when we were there. The deadbolt on the front door was broken, someone actually came in our last night -said they were there to clean thought we left. Beds we’re comfortable and spacious. The view was stunning from the balcony and beach is right there.

This condo was great for our family. It was clean and well stocked. The lower star ratings are more for VRBO info and future guests.VRBO prides its business as “ the price you see is the final price you pay” plus taxes. However, this condo was rented via VRBO but is managed by a separate rental mgt company. This company (or maybe the actual property) added parking fees (50.00 per car!) and resort armbands fee to the final price.I also resented the mgt company bragging about “early check in” for an additional 100.00 fee. Ridiculous! When I contacted the mgt company, they did refund one parking pass fee (since I only needed 2, not 3 due to one family not attending) and waived the early check in fee but we only arrived about 20 minutes early anyway (since check in wasn’t until 5 pm, which also seems late to start our vacation)Again, this condo was great and as pictured. My issue is with the additional fees by the mgt company or actual property. Either way, VRBO should make this information known prior to booking.

2024 Summer vacation

We had a blast! The only miscommunication was about the fitness center. Host responded yes part of room access. The management company said no. I called a property management company, number given to me by next door Boardwalk Hotel, and they gave us a code for access. That was easy, wonder why our management company didn’t offer?
