The place worked great for our extended family week together! It was clean and plenty of space to spread out and lots of available storage for all of the things we brought along. Although the homes are fairly close together in the area the trees and bushes provided a lot of privacy in the backyard.

This is a great rental for a large group! Very spacious, large spaces to gather inside and out, also space to get away from the crowd.Bedrooms very comfortable. Swimming was great for the kids, it is shallow and sandy. Large yard for kids to run around and adults to play games. Would definitely rent it again!

The property was beautiful, lake front is gorgeous! Overall the house was in good condition but guest thought it was odd to have to put on our own bed sheets on arrival. Basic necessities were provided such as TP, paper towels and dish washer detergent, but it was really minimal with us providing most of it past our stay of day 1. The set up does account for a larger group with two fridges and multiple bathrooms which was great. Overall our large group had an excellent experience!! So thank you!

I appreciate the constructive comments. A house that sleeps 20 people has unique challenges to provide maximum standards. This large home and the need to turn over from one guest to another on the same day limits making beds for 20 people. Sacrificing cleaning for making beds is not an option. As for supplies-it is impossible to stock the quantities that may be needed for 20 guests. Guests will sometime remove all items supplied. I state in the contract that beds are not made. Lastly, the contract details items supplied in starter quantities and provides a list of items to bring,

Great house for a large family. Not great for swimming off shore. Nice shore station for boat. Small pier available to sit by water (enough for 4-5 people). Nice yard and screened room. Fishing mediocre. Late arrival time (4:00 PM) and early leave time (10:00 AM). So basically get 5 days and pay for 6. Host was great with responding to texts, calls, and emails.

As shown by the pictures there is great swimming off the front of the dock. Stairs with railing to walk into the water which is shallow for small children to stand in. The surface is a firm sandy bottom. Approaching my property from shore means climbing down a retaining wall. The guest mentioning these issues has booked again for next season.This will be his 3rd stay. In addition, the house sleeps 20 people. It takes all day to prepare for the next guest. In the peak of the season I have guests coming in & out on the same day which dictates the 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM. When I can we allow an hour or so earlier when the schedule is not so tight. FYI

This is a great location that accommodates a large family easily, along with numerous amenities. Wonderful views and lake access. The pavilion with screened in area is large with lake views as well. Sally the owner is great to work with and very responsive to anything needed.

Great place for an extended family getaway

Perfect place for our weekend gathering with adult children and grandchildren. Large flat lawn for games and screened porch were highlights. Would definately recommend.

Sally has a beautiful property! This is ou second time staying here and it was better than the first! Everything was spotless and organized with plenty of room for our large party. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.
