Summer weekly rentals ... off-season 2-3 nights preferred..long weekends always welcome.
Rentals are for a week in the peak season only (middle June -mid Aug..) Summer peak weekly rentals are Sat.-Sat.

One bedroom and full bath are located on the main floor. One step to enter the front door.

3 large decks with an additional covered pavilion including two ceiling fans with dimmer lights. The pavilion includes cushion furniture & a TV. The space will not be climate controlled. There is a cold water only at the wet bar.

Sandy lake bottom and shallow for Frisbee and water volleyball. Large flat lawn for badminton, volleyball, wiffle/T-ball, ladder golf, etc.

Outdoor tables/chairs seat approximately 16. Stackable lightweight chairs available for platform at end of the dock.

Home is 35 min. from downtown Milwaukee, 1/2 hr. from American Family Field (Brewer stadium), 45 minutes from Gurnee, IL

Large driveway for a minimum of 8 cars. One parking spot on the opposite side of the house or a spot to park boat trailer.

Large fire pit along the shore.

Washer/2 dryers included.

Extra refrigerator in the Laundry room....main floor. Both refrigerators are equipped with ice makers. Ice makers and an extra water spout in the laundry room are equipped with reverse osmosis systems. These systems produce water 99% similar to bottled water.

Stove/oven is a conventional size with two ovens optional. Includes 4 burners.

Outdoor grill is natural gas supplied with no need to fill tanks. Charcoal grill
is available.

Small fishing boats available for rent across lake (Sportsman Bar)

Living Room is equipped with a smart TV. Smart TV located in sun room too.

This is a great location that accommodates a large family easily, along with numerous amenities. Wonderful views and lake access. The pavilion with screened in area is large with lake views as well. Sally the owner is great to work with and very responsive to anything needed.

We chose this house as it was close to my mother’s funeral service. It was a nice large home comfortable for all of us to enjoy together. Watching the swans on the lake from the house was priceless. The home was clean and inviting. If we ever need a home in the area again for a large group, we would look to book again. The host Sally was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for everything.

This property worked out perfectly for our family gathering. We were in the area for my daughter's wedding and friends and family were at the Vrbo with us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had a gathering the day after the wedding and it worked out perfectly. Having the extra refrigerator was a huge plus. We had a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation property

Terrific house and property for our family vaca. The house accommodated our 21 people well and was stocked to meet the needs. The sunroom outside and the large deck were used a lot. Great access to the lake with boat lifts and a well maintained dock. Communication from Sally was exceptional. There is a lot to do in the area with Milwaukee being an easy drive as well.

Sally was very easy to communicate with- the listing and information she sent out was accurate. We loved her beautiful space- it was the perfect place to relax and recharge together! I loved that she had shared an album of the house before renovation- it was so neat to see all the love and hard work that went into the house as it is now.

Family Vacation

The property and accommodations worked well for our group of 17. The home and screen room were well supplied and the grounds gave us plenty of space for games etc.The owner was very responsive and a good communicator. We had our own boat so we had good access to the lake. Access to the water via the beach was weedy and mucky and the water off the pier was very shallow.

We used this for a gathering place for our family. The venue allowed the children ample opportunities for play, and enough seating for us to gather for large (10 adult, 8 children) meals. The home was ideally suited for our purpose, allowing nice separation for sleeping. All told, it suited us perfectly.

I have been in the vacation rental business for 14 years with several properties in Door Cty., WI and a few Wind Lake, WI properties.

Why they chose this property

Half hour from our home with an approximate 1,000 acre lake, sandy bottom and fishing.
House has large interior great room with new kitchen and laundry facilities on first floor. Yard is nice and flat for sports and games.

What makes this property unique

A reprieve from the city with a gorgeous lake view without a 7-8 hour drive to northern Wisconsin.

The property has 3 different sections of decking including a Pavilion with roof & ceiling fans. Also, includes an outdoor wet bar. The 3 sections of deck are: 21X12, 16X18 & 20X13.
The roof covered Pavilion is 30X14. There are 3-4 outdoor tables with seating for about 26.
Also, 6-8 lightweight chairs to use at the dock on the last platform of dock sized 8X12.
