Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gßte idéalement placé.L'arrivée est autonome et la communication avec Alain est optimale.Le lieu est propre et correspondait à nos attentes.Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin avec notre chienne ainisi que du lac à seulement 10 min en voiture.Seul petit bémol, la connexion wifi était trÚs faible voir ne fonctionnait pas mais cela n'est pas trÚs dérangeant en vacances.Encore merci à Alain et à bientÎt je l'espÚre.

Logement avec du potentiel mais peu exploitĂ© : Ă©lĂ©ments vĂ©tustes ou dĂ©modĂ©s (TV, meubles), propretĂ© pas irrĂ©prochable, vue sur les lacs uniquement si on est aux fenĂȘtres (pas de terrasse ou blacon donnant sur la vue). Effectivement, une seule chambre au lieu de deux (mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© car nous Ă©tions deux) et un four et des plaques de cuisson aux chiffres visibles seraient un plus mais hĂŽte rĂ©actif quand on le contacte. Au vu de ces Ă©lĂ©ments, le prix de la location n'est pas justifiĂ©.

Il n'y a qu'une chambre à la place de 2 et 1 clic clac dans le salon. Acces chambre supérieure escalier non securitaire. Equipements cuisine trés trés minimaliste. La propreté laisse à dériser. Bref, l'annonce n'est pas à la hauteur attendue et Abritel ne doit pas valider l'appartement.

Séjour parfait et ressourçant !

Nous rentrons enchantĂ©s de ce sĂ©jour. Le logement est parfaitement situĂ© entre les lacs du Bourget et d'Aiguebelette, dans un petit hameau calme et en pleine nature. Alain, propriĂ©taire de la grande maison dans laquelle est amĂ©nagĂ© le logement, nous a reçu chaleureusement, et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Alain a Ă©tĂ© Ă©galement trĂšs accueillant avec notre chienne, qui s'est entendue Ă  merveille avec la sienne. De façon gĂ©nĂ©rale, nous avons trouvĂ© le coin trĂšs accueillant avec les chiens, ce qui faisait partie de nos critĂšres. Nous avons pu louer paddle, kayak, pĂ©dalo, et bateau sans permis avec notre chienne, et elle a Ă©tĂ© Ă©galement trĂšs bien accueillie dans les restaurants et bars. Nous avons Ă©galement trouvĂ© facilement des endroits oĂč elle pouvait se baigner dans le lac du Bourget. Concernant le logement, il est bien conçu et correspondait Ă  nos besoins (nous sommes partis en couple). Et le petit carrĂ© de jardin rĂ©servĂ© devant Ă©tait bien apprĂ©ciable (attention, le terrain n'est pas clĂŽturĂ©, si cela est important pour vous). La literie Ă©tait confortable. Le seul petit bĂ©mol Ă  nos yeux est l'Ă©quipement de la cuisine, qui est assez maigre. Mais nous avons peu cuisinĂ© (salades encore et encore, vu la chaleur de la semaine), donc cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©. Bref, en ce qui nous concerne, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Alain profiter Ă  nouveau de cette magnifique rĂ©gion !
