Weekend Getaway

As a first time VRBO renter in the Conroe area we had great access to dining, boating & golfing. The accommodations were more than adequate for our family. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Home was just as advertised and had everything we needed! Check in was easy, home was clean and cool when we arrived. Has a nice office area that was great to do some work in, fast internet, and smart TVs made it feel just like home. Much better than a hotel room at a better price!

Conroe Panoramic Village House

This is a very nice house on a small lake 4-5 miles from downtown Conroe. The house is just as advertised and pleasant - very livable. The neighborhood is well-kept with young professionals being prevalent owner/renters. It is accessible to all major highways and Lake Conroe.

Great property

This property is fantastic. Very clean. Great location. Right next to a pond with a walking trail and a playground less than a mile away. We came into town for a wedding and this house was very spacious for our family. 4 adults and 2 kids. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Christmas in Conroe

Love this property! Just as pictured or better. The patio and pond view was relaxing. Took advantage of the hiking trail around the pond. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Host was prompt with responses and a great communicator. The house was stocked with all necessities and some things we didn’t think of. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Very nice house in quiet location

We had a wonderful time here. Very quiet. Ducks were very entertaining. Close to groceries and restaurants. Need to replace a few light bulbs. A few more pans to cook on would be nice as well. Hopefully will return soon.

Nice home with great views in quiet neighborhood

The home had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed our view of the pond outside. Loved watching the turtles and ducks in the pond. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Based on other reviews and our personal experience she seems open to suggestions on improving her property, which shows she cares about her guests. I would definitely recommend this property to others and if we happened to be in the area in the future would stay there again.

Fantastic home to rent

Our family rented this home for our family reunion in Conroe. The home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a great view of the pond. The home was very accommodating, we rented this home for it being wheel chair accessible. We have a very large power chair and we had no issues with the bathroom or bedroom for space. We brought our dogs with us and there is a fenced in back yard for them to be able to roam around. The owner was accommodating with our request for certain things we needed while staying for the week and even dropped off a goodie bag of cooking utensils we needed the same day. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend this home to anybody staying in the area.

Beautifully Located

We did enjoy our stay at Siegan drive. The location of this property was probably one of the best in the development. The pond was so nice to see out of the windows with all the ducks and turtles floating by. Kept my kids entertained. The property was clean! It did have a mothball smell that I am particularly sensitive to. Once removed, it wasn't too bad. I believe this space is a work in progress. The floors were wonderful and brand new but there were missing toilet paper rolls, and a lampshade. The decor felt like it was in the process of completion. The kitchen could have used more items such as a pizza cutter. We had to buy paper-ware just because I was nervous my young kids would break all of the given glassware. It was nice that small toiletries were offered and the towels were nice quality. The king bed mattress was actually one of the best I've ever slept on. Jannine herself was wonderful to remotely interact with. She was very accommodating to our needs when we needed a small crib and was helpful in checking in and out.

Thanksgiving in Conroe

The house was clean and spacious and the view out to the lake was great. However, I would like to provide some constructive criticism. The biggest issue we all had was the smell of mothballs was overbearing and overwhelming. We tried to find as many as we could, found some in all closets, in the pantry, under furniture but on last day we found there were some also in the drawers of the master bedroom furniture. I would suggest not leaving these for the next guests. Another issue I suggest to get remedied before next guest is to install toilet paper holders in both bathrooms. A bigger table with more chairs so a full house of guests can sit down together. Also, the battery in the thermostat is showing as being low which made changing the temperature a bit challenging. One last thing, in some spots on the couch, it smelled like cat pee. Loved having a gas stove and the separate office room. Overall we had a good stay...although the mothball smell is still lingering in my clothes...I would emphasize getting that remedied. Thanks to Jannine for being so responsive prior to and during our visit.

Great Property

Our family had a great stay at this property. The property is located next to a little lake with ducks and turtles leisurely swimming. We loved walking along the path around the water, enjoying nature. The host was so very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had. Great stay.
