and is located in the Dollard Pogum near Ditzum and 20 Km from Empty.
In Ditzum (1,5-2Km) is a supermarket and it has a
beautiful harbor with eateries. There is a
Ferry to Petkum (suburb of Emden). Also here you can
make in the summer day trips to einrm ship to, inter alia,
Emden, Borkum and Delfzijl.
Bicycles, canoes / kayaks can be rented in Ditzum.
 
This comfortable apartment (150m²) has a single storey
large hallway, lounge, kitchen, bedroom, toilet
with shower and a laundry room. There are 3 big ones at the top
Bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

There are 10 beds in the house and if required 2 guest beds can be added, or the couch can be used in the living room.
 
The garden is open plan and has a terrace and
Meadow. Bus stop is next to the house.
 
The apartment is wheelchair accessible below.

First time in Germany

This was the start of our trip. My father traced his ancestors back to the area and wanted to see it and see if he could learn any more information. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only spent the first two days of our trip here, and we all agreed we could have spent more. We hope to travel back another time from the USA and have a little more time to check things out. When the time comes, we’d love to stay here again.

Sehr sauberes Objekt mit sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieterin. Überaus schnelle Antworten auf vor Anreise gestellter Fragen.Objekt entspricht den angegeben Daten, hat mit 2 Zimmern mit 3 Einzelbetten und 2 Zimmern mit Doppelbetten die Möglichkeit große Gruppen zu beherbergen und liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage.Einziger Abzugspunkt in der Lage war, dass die nahe liegenden Restaurants in Ditzum alle nur mit Reservierung zugänglich waren. Was bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt dann nicht umsetzbar war aber bei längeren Aufenthalten sicherlich machbar ist.

Check- in super gelaufen. Wir sind früher angereist und konnten nach ein paar Minuten in das schöne saubere Ferienhaus "Pogum" rein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Ein Abstellraum draussen für unsere Fahrräder fanden wir toll.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns in diesen vier Tagen wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes Wochenende an der Ems

Wir haben eine Wochenende mit unserer Familie, Alter 11-82, im Ferienhaus in Pogum verbracht. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, dazu gehört auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Pogum selbst ist ein kleines Dorf am Deich, Emden, Leer, Weener und Papenburg liegen aber nicht weit und bieten viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Vom nahegelegenen Deich hat man einen schönen Panoramablick auf Dollart, Ems mit Sperrwerk und Emden.Die Vermieterin ist nett und und die Kommunikation unkompliziert.Wir können das Ferienhaus für einen Aufenthalt in der Nord-West-Ecke Ostfrieslands uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Für mich immer am wichtigsten: absolut super sauber! Die Lage ist meiner Ansicht nach sehr gut. In einer Minute auf dem Deich, Ditzum in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Die Küche war mit 5 Personen etwas eng aber wir hätten ja auch ins Wohn-Esszimmer wechseln können. Dort ist passend Platz. Nur 4 Sterne, weil ein zweites vollständiges Badezimmer leider fehlte.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles wissenswerte gezeigt sodas wir direkt wussten wo alles war. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten war gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt sodass wir unter uns waren. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ruhig und schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Selten so entspannt gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, ob Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche oder Wohnzimmer. Auch für die Terasse war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar.

Entspannter Urlaub mit guter Kommunikation

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Vermieterin hat eine Unterkunft, die für einen Urlaub mit einem Mitglied im Elektrorollstuhl und Lifter für ein Bett super geeignet ist. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die obere Etage ist toll aufgeteilt.
