An incredible 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean awaits - one that you'll enjoy from the entire great room, both bedrooms, the hot tub, and the expansive deck of this oceanfront home just south of Newport. Whether you're a whale-watcher, storm-watcher, or beach-goer, you'll never forget your time spent here.

Enter into the open great room and be greeted by a back wall of windows framing the ocean and the beach below. It's a bright and lofty space with a living room on one side, offering a sectional, a pair of comfortable armchairs, and a cable TV to show nightly movies. To the other side of the room are the dining space and the kitchen, with the latter providing all-stainless steel appliances, a Keurig to make your mornings brighter, and a semi-circular island with bar stools for three.

But the real focal point is the view, best taken in from the oceanfront deck. Running the length of the house, the deck includes a private hot tub, a gas grill, and a table for six to host alfresco meals after days spent out on the sand. At night, you'll find a TV and an ocean view in each bedroom. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer for your use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
