Property is in a great location and the sunsets were stunning. We had some trouble using the movie theater TV and couldn’t access NFL ticket, but host was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process and handled it really well. I’d say the property is a little more dated than we expected, but it was still comfortable and accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at this home. The view from every single bedroom is a dream. While it is a short drive from the town and beach, you will be in the action of everything is less than 5 minutes. Our family went on hikes, took the train, and had some lovely beach days.

We hosted our children, parents and grandchildren for this trip to Rockaway Beach. We enjoyed the mansion and all its amenities. There was something for everyone to enjoy there. Jen the host was in communications at all times. We would definitely rent this VRBO again.

Wonderful property, one of the only Vrbo locations that I have arrived at and had everything that our large family needed to make the stay wonderful. From a full tank of propane for the grill, large variety of dishes for a large family eating multiple meals, access to the World Cup on a projector, towels a plenty for everyone, gathering space for games, and simply stunning views of the 4th of July fireworks! Would recommend this and go again in a heartbeat.

This property was an amazing opportunity for my family and family friends to get together for our annual reunion at the Oregon Coast. The property is as described, the amenities were plenty, and the views were amazing. Jen was a spectacular host, very easy-going and communicative, and was accommodating in order to make our trip a joyful and restful experience. Out of all my short-term rental experiences, she has to have been one of the most professional and caring hosts I’ve had the chance to experience.

We had an amazing stay at IBB! We stayed here for our elopement and hosted our dinner at the house, and it was such a beautiful and special setting for the occasion. The home was perfect for our group, and the views and overall atmosphere made the experience incredibly memorable!The house had everything we could have asked for, including a hot tub and fire pit, which were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We also really appreciated all of the baby and kid-friendly items provided — having a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, and kids’ dishes available made traveling with little ones so much easier!Jen was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy for us and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The gifts she left for us were such thoughtful touches and a welcome surprise!We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay at IBB again the next time we’re on the Oregon Coast. It’s an especially great home for a larger group, and we can’t recommend it enough!!

It was wonderful for our family of 21 to all stay in the same house. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out and be together but also places for us to have our own space. The host communicated well. The beach was beautiful as well!

Our family of 10 stay at different VRBOs every year, and this was one of our favorites. Great view and wonderful house. Every person had room to spread out. Jen was fantastic throughout! Thank you for hosting us.

IBB Beach Mansion was the perfect venue for a family celebration of dad's 90th birthday. The million dollar ocean view is everywhere! Plenty of space to spread out, comfy rooms, impressive decks, and relaxing hot tub to unwind. The modern kitchen is well stocked and big enough for multiple chefs and peanut gallery. Small touches like the coffee bar turned out to be surprisingly popular. We'll be back!

Perfect holiday getaway

We stayed at the IBB mansion for a holiday gathering and absolutely loved it. Jen was very communicative and provided everything we needed for our large group. Everyone had their own space with plenty of common areas to gather together. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for coming together for shared meals. We can’t wait for the next time we stay!

IBB Mansion has a lovely view and accommodated our family very well. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed….including a digital meat thermometer! :-) Kids enjoyed the hot tub and media room. Jen was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions we had.

We had the BEST stay at IBB! Exactly as described and as pictured… including the sunsets! 10/10 recommend Heather for catering and/or bonfire services, she put together the most amazing set up for our friends and family! We will be back!

A wonderful retreat

This property is very spacious and has a fabulous view. The kitchen is well stocked with any kitchen item you would ever need. The place is clean and everything is in good working order. What a treat to have a theater! This place was perfect for our women’s retreat, but it would also be great for families. Another super feature was the friendliness and accessibility of owner Jen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our 10 year wedding anniversary! We had a large group with us to celebrate and everyone had an perfect time. We played pool, sang karaoke in the theater room, sat by the fire pit and enjoyed a sunset hot tub dip. We could not have asked for a better location to be with our loved ones! Thank you!

Amazing view and large enough for a big family.

Our family of 22 had so much fun at this house! We could eat together and play games and hang out. It is a pretty steep walk to the beach but a short drive. The runners in our family did run to the beach and back. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped for everything you want to do. The house was clean. The owner messaged me every day just to check.

Getaway for friends and family

Location and property were great. Lots of room and space for our group. This listing had everything. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms lots of utensils, spices, and amenities like towels, sheets, pillows. Having multiple kitchens was great. We really had a ball. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is that the property is on the older side. Other than that it was awesome.

Unbelievable View!

We had an amazing time at the IBB Mansion in Rockaway Beach, OR. Our event was a corporate retreat for my small business. Everyone had a wonderful time. The property was so comfortable for our group of 16 and there was something to do for everyone. It is a beautiful walk to the beach, there's a huge and well-stocked kitchen for meals, multiple decks for taking in the amazing views, and so much bright light!! It's the ideal property for large groups. Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation!
