Relaxing, private getaway with amazing water views at our FL SUPER PARADISE!

Welcome to our Super Paradise! Our South Florida waterfront home boasts wide and expansive views of the Intracoastal waterway like no other. As you enter the house, you will immediately be amazed by the views of the water, pool, and tropical garden. Enjoy the nicely landscaped large backyard that provides privacy and our Tiki-Hut for some drinks. New pool furniture to relax. Sit on the dock to take in the scenery, sunbath, read or take a nap!

Go for a run, take our tandem kayak out on the water, rent a boat locally, or do some fishing off the dock.

We have upgraded features, fixtures and new furniture. Large genuine leather sectional couch with chaise in living room. New King bed and mattress in master with large mirrored custom closets and bonus Florida Room off the master with AC for you to enjoy relaxing, card games, or working from home with a view. New Queen bed in bedroom 2 with large custom closet and double/full bed in bedroom 3.

Our home has impact windows and doors for safety, energy efficiency and peace and quiet. We also have a house generator. We have new ceiling fans with remote controls in each bedroom. All bedside tables have USB ports and/or plug outlets for phone charging. Our laundry room has a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, cleaning equipment and supplies. Our home is fully equipped too. We have a pool heater at a extra charge of $20 per night with minimum 4 nights if you want it turned on, payment will be due at or prior to arrival. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED PER CITY.

Great location, 10 minute drive to beaches, close to shopping and restaurants in eastern Ft Lauderdale, bordering Pompano Beach and near US-1. Don’t delay. You will enjoy your time at our Super Paradise! Inquire or book today before your dates are taken!

It was exactly what we needed! The view, the quiet, the activities, perfectly located near fun, food, local shopping, and the beach! We stayed for 6 nights and had absolutely everything we needed for everyone in our family to have a great time!

Nice VRBO for small family

This would be a nice place for a small family visiting the area. We are local, so only needed it for a few days while our home was being worked on. Great view, comfortable beds and certainly everything you would need. We were pleasantly surprised that it had an ample amount of spices and plenty of necessities like laundry detergent. The pool was nice and the inside was clean and smelled fresh.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We had an amazing stay! The house, pool, canal, everything was absolutely perfect! We caught fish from the dock, used the paddle board to see manatees and relaxed in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Nice quiet relaxing spot

We came down to do some scuba diving on local wrecks. The house is within 15-20 minutes of the airport, dive shop, marina and more. Very quiet, the pool was lovely for cooling off in the afternoons and evenings. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Great week in Paradise!

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The house was perfect for us! We loved the outdoor space the best. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs throughout Florida- I’d say this one was the cleanest and everything worked! Would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Just Beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable! The view is so pretty especially in the morning. We rented a boat and left right from the dock! It was heaven. Great location!! Restaurants in the area were fantastic!! We would stay again and again!!

Bill is a health care attorney and licensed real estate broker in Hollywood, Florida. Bill's brother John is an attorney who practices real estate law.

Heidi & Hebi are a German Family.. living near Cologne. In the last 25 years we have traveled a lot around the world. We have been at every continent and have seen a lot of countries & regions. We don't want to miss or will never forget those magnificant impressions and experiences. So we are lucky to say, that we have met a lot of different people...some became friends.....and still are friends...so here in Florida as well. This makes us proud and happy. We learned a lot about other countries & mentalities, which defined our own personality and changed our minds into another direction..


Why they chose this property

There is so much to do from waterparks, zoos, seaquariums, lion country safari, to one of the best beaches in Florida, we have it all. Close by are golf courses, tennis courts, shopping malls, boat rentals, scuba/snorkeling, deep sea fishing, great restaurants, and eclectic shops. Go out for a fresh catch of lobster, crab, or fish or go out and catch your own! A short drive to the everglades airboat rides, surfing and, of course swimming. Many entertainment venues are here such as the theaters, casinos, horse race tracks and all kinds of sports - Florida Marlins baseball, Miami Dolphins football, Florida Panthers hockey & Miami Heat basketball.

Spend a few days here as you prepare for your trips to the Bahamas or other World Class Cruises from Port Everglades or wind down after a cruise before returning home! This property is really the ideal setting for family fun in the Florida sun and has all of the amenities for your vacation.
