Spacious 2bd 2bth+den. Walk to slopes & Main St!
Welcome to our recently updated, spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath + den condo that can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. This condo is our second home, and the quality of it will show!
The condo is located in the base 9 neighborhood, which is just south of Main Street. Access to the slopes is easy with the Breckenridge Free Ride bus, which stops at our parking lot, or an easy 5 minute walk down to Maggies Pond and a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Main Street is just a block away and is a nice walk. Guests will also have access to our community hot tub, which is on-site.

The space This recently updated 2 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 7 guests. The entrance is on the 3rd floor of the complex and is a penthouse unit with two levels. This creates ample space for families and groups as well as plenty of natural light and beautiful mountain views.
The Bedrooms The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level has a king bed, pull out full-sized sofa bed (sleeps 1), walk-in closet, flat screen TV, desk, and private patio with a beautiful view of the mountain. The second bedroom located on 1st level has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to a bathroom. Both of the bathrooms have a shower / bath combo.
The den is located on the second level and has a queen bed, and a desk for WFH.
There is also a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs couch.
The Living Space The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal with plenty of counter top space and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has comfortable bar seating for three, perfect for quick lunches and breakfast. There is a washer and dryer area off the kitchen.
The dining room has a table with seating for 6 located just off of the kitchen. There is a small patio off of the dining room with a gas grill.
The living room is a great space for your group to relax with a comfortable sectional sofa which has a pull-out full sized bed, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Also, there is a mudroom at the entrance of the condo that can be used to store all of your winter and summer gear.
The den is located on the second level and has a queen bed, and a desk for WFH.
The front patio has four bar stools with a beautiful views of peak 8 and is a fantastic place to have a beer and watch the sunset after a long day on the slopes. You can store your ski’s outside or valet them up at the ski base (what we recommend).
The amenities included with the condo are very nice. There are two outdoor parking spaces and access to the slopes is easy with the Quicksilver lift, a short 8 minute walk away on a shoveled and paved path. Additionally, the Breck Free ride bus stops right at the entrance to the parking lot and can take you to the gondola and other peak bases. Lastly, guests will have access to the Hot Tub which is located behind the building.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or ticket follow posted signs and parking allotment at all times. If additional parking is required, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge at the following locations: 1) Stephen C West Ice Arena (closest to condo) 2) Airport Road Satellite Parking Lot (accepts RVs and Trailers)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared hot tub (closes at 10pm), and two parking spaces (parking permit must be displayed). Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
Other things to note There is a security camera overlooking the front porch and parking lot for the safety of our guests. There is no camera located in the unit.

Perfect location with beautiful views. I didn't realize it was on the third floor so be prepared to walk up stairs. Host was great at communication. We would stay again, when we come back to Breckenridge.
This property is so wonderfully located to town and at the base of peak 9. We had a fully equipped kitchen and the place was so clean and homey! The host Kyle was so wonderful and very accommodating to us. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip! We will definitely be back.
We loved staying at the condo to celebrate the New Year. We watched the fireworks from the balcony in the master bedroom! It is a quick walk to Peak 9, but due to the lack of snow, we decided to spend most of our time on Peak 8. Having the bus stop right in front of the condo was wonderful and the bus system was easy to learn. It was so nice to be able to walk to Main Street for dinner each night and not worry about parking. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. This was our first time visiting Breckenridge and we enjoyed our time!
Well-equipped, spacious condo. It was very quiet, but was an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything worked well. The bedding was very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and relaxing.
Lovely property that had everything we needed for our stay
Communication from the very beginning was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. Short walk to the ski lifts or catch the bus just outside the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped for self catering and we found the property spacious for 6 of us. Would highly recommend and definitely would rent again when we come back to Breckenridge
Was here for Christmas with family and it was a really great little place. There was 6 of us and we had lots of room. The one issue I’d say would be the lack of enough parking permits. We had 3 vehicles and only 2 permits for over Christmas. Other than that it was 5 star.
This is our second stay at the apartment and it was excellent again just like last time. It is well equipped and the location is great with a bus stop just outside and only a short walk into town. Despite the apartment being on the third floor with no lift, we certainly would stay again, this is not enough to even consider staying elsewhere. All communication with Kyle was great and the pre vacation information provided was spot on. Highly recommend this lovely apartment
The place was actually nicer than the living room photo makes you think. Maybe that angle makes it look dark but it wasn’t. Washer and dryer worked fine. Location was wonderful as we found the short cut to the slopes making it even closer than we thought after walking to town for dinner the first night.
Wonderful condo. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, walk to the chair lift or take the Free Ride Bus anywhere in town from a stop directly outside of the unit.
The condo was well stocked with plenty of kitchenware to cook breakfast with every morning. There was a cabinet with board games which we played in the evenings. The owners thought of everything! Having 2 stories provided ample space for my family of 4 plus my father for a week of skiing.
Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. If we come back to Breckenridge we will definitely stay here again!!
It was a perfect location for our skiing adventure. The location is within a short walk to downtown and so close to the ski hill. We loved the layout of the home and appreciated the amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We found the condo to be very clean and roomy enough to sleep my husband and I as well as three college age young adults. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised it had what I needed to cook meals all week.
The walk to the ski slopes felt longer than a 7 minute walk but it was doable. We decided it was better for us to just ride the bus. It came right to the parking lot and was always easy to get to and from the slopes. The walk was not bad, just harder to do in ski boots and we chose not to get lockers at the base. All in all I would definitely recommend this property. It was nicely furnished with lovely balcony, comfortable beds, and very close to town. It was an easy walk to get to the shops and restaurants. The only negative in my opinion is that there was not a door on the master bedroom and sound traveled throughout the condo a lot. Of course we were with kids that wanted to stay up late and watch tv, etc. The hot tub was also very nice and not too far from the condo.
We had a blast the condo was in a great location, clean, and just the right size… We were unable to use the jacuzzi because of the weather, and it would have been nice to the ice removed from the bottom step of the staircase but over all a wonderful experience
Even better than the pictures! Kyle was very responsive and helpful. If you don't mind walking with your skis and boots, its a quick 5 minute walk to Peak 9. The place was great and we'll be back next ski season!
We had a great time at this condo. It was well laid out and decorated with features that made the stay cozy and comfortable. I was very impressed with how comfortable the beds were and how well equipped the kitchen was.
A very clean home super close to town and the lifts! We had a great time here and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge!
This condo had everything we needed and its location was an easy 10 minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area. It was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I contacted the host about leaving our vehicles in the parking lot without permits after checking out so we could ski another day and he was very responsive, friendly and accommodated our request. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again and will definitely check to see if it's available the next time I stay in Breckenridge. Thanks Kyle!
Loved our stay! The hosts were very clear about everything there was to know about the apartment and location, making moving around and enjoying all the amenities very easy! There are three beds and two sofa beds, which allowed all 6 of us to sleep very comfortably. Walking to Quicksilver lift took no more than 10 minutes, and town is right around the corner. We only stayed for a weekend, and wish we could have stayed longer!!!! Def recommend this stay and would stay here again!
This condo was an excellent place to stay with easy access to Peak9 skiing and downtown. The owner was amazing. Having 2 parking spaces was great! It is on the third floor and was exactly as advertised. There were 3 separate sleeping areas - the king master and a small queen bedroom upstairs and a bedroom with a queen downstairs. The pullout sofa, however, is in the master bedroom. There are two full baths. Sometimes there was limited hot water so showers had to be timed in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and could easily cook any meal. Working grill on the patio. Washer and dryer in the unit, but dryer was finicky. Hot tub was a perfect for relaxing after skiing. Perfect get away for a week for a family with teenagers. See ya next year.
This property was as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy walk to lift and downtown. Host took good care of us without a hitch. We’ll be back.
