Wake up and have your coffee looking out over the water at this well-appointed, newly renovated house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for a celebration! Dining table seats 10. There are sliding glass doors to the water, 2-sided gas fireplace, living room with large sectional, desk, printer, & 65" smartTV. King suite with fireplace, skylight, smartTV, & private outdoor deck with bistro set. Primary bath has a gorgeous glass shower with pebble floor, soaker tub, & skylight. Stunning queen guest room with full bath. 3rd sun-filled bedroom with twin-over-full bunks, daybed, and skylight. Common area with new sectional that has a pop-up queen bed, tv, 2 skylights, & reading nook. Outdoor dining table, huge deck with comfy furniture, gas bbq, & 2 fire pits. Dock, boathouse, 3 kayaks, & paddle board. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. A/C, Wifi, new washer/dryer, blackout blinds, games, puzzles, and books for all ages. You will never want to leave!House is 3 stories high and there are 60 stairs from the parking area to the ground floor so this is not a good choice for people with mobility issues. There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway and another 3 at the top of the driveway at street level. There are no pets allowed. Entire property line is waterfront so children must be tended to at all times. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including outside. Please ask any visiting guests to refrain. Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old. I am available by phone call or text 24 hours a day while you are staying in the house

Ardys and Mark live in Southport, CT. They have blended their families and together have 5 grown children and 2 dogs. Ardys does design and planning, while Mark is a general contractor. This is the first VRBO home that they owned (there is now a second in Chatham, MA) and they are constantly on the go between houses, making improvements, and taking great pride in the work they've done in the construction and furnishing of these homes.

Why they chose this property

We are a Cornell Alum and a native of Upstate NY so Ithaca is near and dear to our hearts. We purchased this home in March of 2021 and spent the next 8 months putting our hearts and souls into renovating and decorating it from top to bottom. It is our pride and joy and we would love to share this special place with you and your family!

What makes this property unique

You can literally see the lake from every room in this house (ok . . . not from the half bath). There are multiple outdoor spaces to have coffee watching the sunrise, enjoy seeing the boats and wildlife, or have a drink by the fire. Elegant and tranquil with less than a 10 minute drive into downtown Ithaca.
