Parties and events prohibited (house in subdivision).
Located in St Loubes near St Émilion, Bordeaux and less than an hour from the beaches.
No cleaning fees charged for a more affordable nightly price so I ask for a restoration of the accommodation when you leave under penalty of compensation.
