Always a great stay

We love staying here because our college boy is just a walk a way. We love spreading out in this place, cooking home cooked meals, and spending time together. Place is always clean and has everything we need. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great Time!

Wonderful place to stay with lots of fun things to do in the area. We went for a Lifeway Live event and enjoyed the whole weekend. This is a nice place to stay with fun all around.

We were visiting our kids for ETSU parents weekend. It was the perfect place to stay. Close to campus and all the tailgating fun. We will be back. God speed and go Bucs.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. We are three adult men aged 55-81 (Dad and adult sons) and we are well passed sharing a cramped hotel. We wanted a space with multiple rooms so we can rest in our own space. This unit was perfect for that. It was clean and the owners were in touch. We liked it and hope to return.

We loved being able to walk over to campus and visit with our son at ETSU. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together and we enjoyed being able to cook our food. Our only very small minor suggestion would be a few more comfy chairs in the living area would have been nice, but that’s just a super minor detail.

Noisy trains and students

Adequate sums it up but the trains run just yards away and student revelers are very noisy. The bunk bed mattresses have no box spring or platform so you feel all the slats. Perhaps these beds are ok for children but certainly not adults. The apartment had a good location right across from ETSU and near downtown. It was clean with a good open floor plan.

If you are looking for clean, comfortable, convenient and close to ETSU this is the perfect place. If you’re looking for quiet, not so much. Owner has sound machines in the bedrooms which is super helpful! There are blackout curtains in one bedroom, but if you need your sleep space dark, you might want to take a sleep mask. The condo is very spacious and clean. Owners were very quick to communicate at all times. We walked to campus every day which was nice. Many restaurants close by. The location is great. The neighbors were very loud one night, which the owners don’t have control over, of course. The price was less than getting 2 hotel rooms unless we stayed far away which we didn’t want to do. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, etc. Everything was clean and in good condition. Master bed was super comfortable!

Great location and spacious

We were in town for ETSU orientation, and being right across the street was absolutely awesome. The parking and check in process was super easy. There are alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as many others within a 10 minute drive. The apartment has ample sleep space. My few complaints were the upstairs neighbor was stomping awfully hard back and forth literally all day, im not sure if it was on purpose or they were just tryna get their steps in for the day but it was very annoying. The other issue was being so close to busy street, we heard cars and saw beams all night. I will say none of these issues are the owners fault or control, and will not prevent me from booking again when we visit our son for family day at ETSU. Thanks, Meg and The Sanctuary

Apartment is in a complex largely rented to ETSU students. It made this rental really loud, hard to sleep. Location handy to school, groceries, restaurants. Beds comfy, apartment clean, kitchen nicely stocked with basic ingredients.
