From the ground floor, there is a first staircase leading to the basement, consisting of a 23m2 cinema room with a 65-inch LED screen, 1 sofa bed, and 3 cinema seats for maximum comfort. A bathroom with a toilet completes this basement.
From the ground floor, a second staircase leads to the 1st floor consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds.

The location was excellent for our needs. Quiet. Potential guests should be aware that the bathrooms are on a different level than the bedrooms. People should also be aware that there are no handrails going upstairs on a steep, winding stairwell. All four of us felt uneasy using the stairs. There are no paper products in kitchen, or coffee, tea, etc. that are typical in this type of unit. These are not negatives, but one should know that ahead of time.

Property wasn't bad, but we were there in August when it was HOT and the AC they said were there put out as much heat when the ran as they did cool air, so they were a worthless waste of energy. Kids liked the movie basement- was pretty cool (and literally cooler down there) but also musty, so... It served its purpose and did not seem to be a bad area- pretty cool area actually, just don't expect much else.
Really liked the location. Traditional Paris, less touristy. Real problem with air circulation in the apartment. No windows to open in the main living area. Had to leave the front door open to the street in order to get any air movement at all. Air units in bedrooms discharged more exhaust heat than cold air, so left them turned off. I would definitely stay here again, just not during Summer.

Le logement est non sécuritaire, aucune marche n’est de la même taille. Il y a de plus une marche devant le comptoir de cuisine qui n’apparaît pas sur les photos. Le comptoir est très haut. Le logement, la vaisselle et la literie étaient salles. L’air ne circule pas. Aucun rangement donc le logement devient vite encombré avec les manteaux.
Bonjour, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement très bien situé. Les différents niveaux permettent d'y vivre dans se gêner.Cependant, des améliorations peuvent être faites :
-une marche escamotable permettant l'accès à l'évier de la cuisine et aux placards contenant la vaisselle. Ceux ci ne s'ouvrent pas complètement. - Un rideau occultant dans le séjour pour permettre le sommeil des personnes dormant dans le canapé lit..
- un lieu où déposer les poubelles en partant.
- plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (ciseaux, ouvre boîte.., grande cuillère).

Appartement bien situe. Mais avec beaucoup d imperfection(porte sdb qui ne ferme pas, radiateur mal fixe,
beaucoup d humidite au sous sol transforme en chambre,cuisine trop haute pour pouvoir cuisiner correctement...etc.....
