THE SETTING AND THE ATMOSPHERE

Staying here means choosing to spend a stay in a beautiful villa with heated swimming pool and petanque court on the Atlantic Coast

The villa has been completely renovated to meet the standard of the moment. It is located a few minutes 6 minutes from the beaches by car or 30 minutes by bike.

THE SWIMMING POOL

Once through the gate you will first discover a garden and a large heated swimming pool (May -> September) in emerald colours (10Mx5M) which is waiting for you, with a 2x5 metre beach to lie in the sun in contact with the water.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace equipped to enjoy the outdoors all year round with outdoor lounge and deckchair.
The pool also has a manual bar cover that should be put on in case of non-swimming to ensure the safety of the little ones.

THE VILLA

You will access the ground floor of the villa, consisting of a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, etc... and a dining room.

On the living room side, the living room opens onto the outside, as well as the dining room opens onto the garden.
The living spaces are bright and spacious and you can meet up with family and friends comfortably during your stay.

A room with desk and sofa is available to you for those who want to telework, work or be quiet for a few moments.

The villa is equipped with an internet connection as well as a latest generation 65" OLED screen for the comfort of the youngest or the oldest...

THE BEDROOMS

The villa has 5 bedrooms.

The ground floor houses 2 double bedrooms in a secluded sleeping area.
The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, another adjoining it with two single beds.
The last bedroom is composed of two single beds and a bunk bed ideal for children.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.


PRACTICAL SIDE

The pool area has been designed so that you can enjoy the pool and the sun's rays throughout the day with a 200 square metre terrace.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge for rentals of one week or more.
For short stays, they can be provided for a financial contribution.

WHAT WE LOVE

Outside you are in the middle of nature, calm with only the sound of birds.
Inside, we like the fact that the sleeping area is away from the living rooms and the second floor is completely independent from the rest of the house. Special mention for the emerald reflections offered by the pool in full sun thanks to its grey-anthracite liner.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area less than 6 minutes by car from Soulac/Mer. Beaches, shops and restaurants are also in the direct vicinity; it takes 6 minutes by car, or 25 minutes by bike.
Access to the villa is easy from Royan thanks to the ferry (Traversée Royan/Le Verdon) or from Bordeaux by taking the road to the castles.
For example, you can take the opportunity to walk in the Bordeaux vineyards with its listed castles, each one as famous as the next (Rothschild, Margot, Latour, etc...) or cross the estuary from Le Verdon (10 minutes by car) to walk in the centre of Royan or visit the famous Zoo of La Palmyre with its 1600 animals on 18 hectares (allow 45 minutes from the villa with crossing)
