The communication was thorough and responsive from start to finish. The house was in a great location, close to both the trails and downtown, which made everything easy and convenient. The attention to detail throughout the home was spot on — we needed nothing because everything was thoughtfully provided. The hot tub was fabulous, and the waffle bar was such a wonderful touch. Just a great place to stay!

We have stayed in a variety of homes in the NWA area over the past few years and discovered John's Winter escape and always try to stay here when we can. It is always Clean, comfortable, and great location!! The one issue we had on a previous stay he called right back and resolved the issue right then. Best place to stay in Bentonville !

If you prefer to ride your bike more than drive a car, the location for this house is a winner. We were delighted when we arrived at this house and confirmed that it is conveniently located within minutes of Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges Museum, Slaughter Pen trails, Coler Park and more. The interior design and amenities were great, including the full-size garage which we were able to safely keep our bikes in and have quick access to. Having the yard space around the home was also very convenient for our dogs, and they had a blast running around. We will definitely save this house on our Bentonville trip list for booking in the future.

If you’re staying in Bentonville, and you’re coming to ride bikes – as we did, on our honeymoon – this place simply has it all.Walking/riding distance to the heart of downtown, a gorgeous courtyard area to sit by the fire, relax in the hot tub, have a beverage or two, roll some putts on the putting green, have a cocktail, reflect on the incredible day you had, or all of the above!Some properties claim to accommodate six people, but this one really does! There’s room in the living room, dining room, kitchen area, and definitely the back patio! Our hosts were super responsive when we needed them, but we only had a couple of issues, and they were on it!The garage is less than 50 feet away from the trailhead, and off you go.You’ll be hard pressed to find a property in Bentonville that offers the same in proximity to everything you want to do.We couldn’t recommend this place more!

We have stayed at multiple locations in the Bentonville area and this was, by far, the best property. Lots of attention to detail down to the coffee and waffle bar and the clean and large hot tub. Each room was decorated with class and care. The location was just close enough to everything while being private and quiet. The host had excellent communication and was very friendly and respectful. We will absolutely return.

We (4 adults, 2 children, and a dog) loved our stay here!! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show and had plenty of room for all of us. It is very well stocked with towels, kitchen items, toiletries, games, etc. They even provide dog treats and dog bags :) The amenities are wonderful (hot tub, putting green, waffle bar, well stocked coffee and tea bar, and more) and the location is fantastic.Communication was excellent as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything about how this house was great! The backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of riding. The waffle and coffee bar are a nice touch. The owner communicates quickly. The trailhead is right behind the house as well.

The home was perfectly located next to the trail system and close enough to town which made it easy to get around. The home was very well appointed and had everything I think you would need for a pleasant stay! This is the best rental we’ve ever had. The communication was great and easy. The portal was fantastic, user friendly and the quick videos on how to use things like the thermostat and door locks was appreciated. The house was gorgeous and we wanted for nothing! I couldn’t believe everything that was included. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. The outdoor TV, putting green, cozy furniture and hot tub would bring us back again. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and literal steps from the bike trails. Even the neighbors on all sides were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Wouldn’t change a thing. Beautiful property. Waffle bar & coffe provided was a great and easy breakfast. Kids love the hot tub, even in summer as it was a cool off tub. They have thought of everything here. Great for trail access and downtown access.

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and well furnished with all of the necessities. It was a short bike ride to the paved trails-but warning-very steep hill! Mountain bike trails were right out the back door. The hot tub was an added bonus, we used it every evening. We would stay here again!

This place is a mountain bikers dream! The garage was incredible to be able to park our car in and store our bikes. The house is an oasis. Close enough to walk to town, but also tucked away. We were able to access the tech hub trails directly behind the house which is amazing. This is the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our dogs loved the back deck. The waffles are such a great surprise! Will definitely be back!
