Thank you for being great guests and we appreciate your choosing Dogwood House and Maggie Mountain Vacations for your visit to the Maggie Valley / Waynesville area of the Great Smoky Mountains. We hope you will choose to let us host you again in the future!
We loved Maggie’s Valley and our rental home was very nice and cozy! When they tell you the driveway is steep believe them!! It’s very narrow too and needs to be regraded. The steps and rail need to be replace or repaired but overall we would stay here again!! Thank you!
Will be booking again in the future. Only issue we had was one of the cars could not get up the driveway, it was pretty steep. They were able to park at the bottom and walk up.

This rental definitely had the comfortable feel of someone’s home. It was cozy but very spacious also. Kitchen was large, had lots of seating at tables and was the best well stocked of any rental we’ve been to. King bed in primary was very comfortable as well as the queen and twins in the other two bedrooms. Lots of closet space was appreciated.
We loved the porch which had the view of the mountains and also all the colors of the trees everywhere. Very quiet area. The driveway was steep, glad to have an SUV.
It was a wonderful stay in Maggie Valley ⛰️

Spacious home with plenty of pot/pans. Easy access to the cabin while we were there. I can see how that might be a problem if there is snow or ice—steep roads and pretty rough driveway. We enjoyed our stay there.
The only negative is the deposit was more than I would have expected and will not be refunded until 14 business days after checkout. Hopefully that will come through as expected. That seems excessive to me.

This house was incredible. We loved the location - it was a short drive to everything nearby (including Maggie Valley and Waynesville) but was secluded up in the mountains. The driveway is steep and I drive a small car without 4 wheel drive, but I had no issues making it up. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and equipment, the air conditioning worked very well, and the home had so much space. There were only 2 of us but you could easily and comfortably fit 6. We loved the Roman tub and the king size bed in the master bedroom. We cannot wait to return!
