Continental Country Club- Quiet Neighborhood- 4 Bdrm with Central A/C, New Decks

WE HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDTIONING TO KEEP YOU COOL DURING THE HOTTEST DAYS IN THE SUMMER!
Welcome to our house in the cool pines of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located on a heavily treed, quiet cul-de-sac in the Continental Country Club area on the east side of town and surrounded by state and national forest. The elevation at our home is over 7,000 feet so you can enjoy the cool summer climate—(summer average highs in the 70s-80s and lows in the 40s-50s).

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom has a California King bed and the other three large bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms feature smart TVs for streaming. High Speed wireless throughout the house.

On the lower level we have a fully equipped Kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances. There is a small table in the Kitchen and a larger table in the dining room. The hallway connecting these two rooms has a bathroom and a full size clothes washer and dryer. Relax in the living room with a gas fireplace and a 70" Smart TV.

Outside are spectacular composite front and rear decks for entertaining and dining outside. Patio furniture includes chairs, sofas and dining tables with a 4 burner BBQ grill.
