Adagio A205 is a beautifully updated beach front, corner unit. Located in an exclusive gated community on the Gulf of Mexico off of scenic 30A. Here you will find 600 ft of beach frontage as you walk upon the sugar sands and swim in the emerald waters.

This beautiful four-bedroom and three-bath unit which sleeps ten has panoramic gulf views that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area. You will find ten-foot ceilings throughout. The living room has new furnishings and a large wall mounted TV. All of the travertine floors have been polished throughout the condo. In addition, all of the bedrooms have tv’s and new plank flooring.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with a gas stove and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. The round dining room table is the perfect place to gather and enjoy a great meal. The dining room table seats eight with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has a dining table and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing views. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful nightly sunsets.

Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. There are several gas grills spread throughout the property. Both of the front lawn areas offer another fantastic spot to enjoy the sun and play games with family and friends.

Adagio's convenient location allows quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A with the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Two complimentary adult bikes, courtesy of Adagio Rentals, included with each booking. These can be reserved through LDV (La Dolce Vita) at the front of the property. Paddle board and kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio. In addition, You can rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach through La Dolce Vita. The sooner you arrange your chair rentals, the better position you will have.

You will have two assigned, garage spots, located close to the elevators and stairs. Luggage carts, by the elevator on the ground floor, are available to help you move in.

Adagio is one of the best-managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family-friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on-site seven days a week.
